Carl took time to explain the vehicle's features and options. He was very professional and courteous. My only less than positive comment is that the dealership spent a lot of time attempting to sell us after market options--exterior and interior care packages, extended warranties, accessories, etc. These items were not of interest to me because I believe Ford builds a quality truck and I feel they are not necessary. I have owned 4 Ford trucks in the past 40 years which is a testament to quality of Ford trucks. After I purchased my first truck in 1977, I have not considered any other truck model. More

They allowed me to talk to my mechanic and when i informed them about what my mechanic said, adjusted the price accordingly. I couldn't be happier or more thankful to my dad introducing me to Carl. Carl goes out of his way for his customers to give them the experience they deserve when making such a big decision. He doesn't pressure anyone into anything and gives you the straight forward facts about what you are considering purchasing from not only him but other competitors. And Ford beats it.
