Carl took time to explain the vehicle's features and options. He was very professional and courteous. My only less than positive comment is that the dealership spent a lot of time attempting to sell us after market options--exterior and interior care packages, extended warranties, accessories, etc. These items were not of interest to me because I believe Ford builds a quality truck and I feel they are not necessary. I have owned 4 Ford trucks in the past 40 years which is a testament to quality of Ford trucks. After I purchased my first truck in 1977, I have not considered any other truck model. More

They allowed me to talk to my mechanic and when i informed them about what my mechanic said, adjusted the price accordingly. Dennis especially was super hospitable and offered refreshments as we waited for the paperwork to process. More

But the experience he has given not only me, but my entire family is priceless. My dad has bought probably 10 cars from him, and now I'm on my 2nd. A brand new 2018 Ford Escape Titanium. I couldn't be happier or more thankful to my dad introducing me to Carl. Carl goes out of his way for his customers to give them the experience they deserve when making such a big decision. He doesn't pressure anyone into anything and gives you the straight forward facts about what you are considering purchasing from not only him but other competitors. And Ford beats it. Sure I looked at a few other crossovers but the relationship I have with Carl sealed the deal. I can't get that level of customer service at any other dealership in Columbus. More
