I am always hesitant about car dealerships. I only ever bought a new car once in my life. But I knew I HAD to have a Ford Bronco Sport as a new vehicle. I soon found out how hard they are to come by. I had bought a new car once in my life. But I knew I HAD to have a Ford Bronco Sport as a new vehicle. I soon found out how hard they are to come by. I had calls out to multiple dealerships. Many other dealerships didn't feel supportive (one even took a deposit from me only to call me back later and said multiple people had placed a deposit on the same car!) Another dealership bugged me to drive in one night, only to have sold it that same night to someone else. Then enter Carl-- he had me on his list for this very specific make/model/color. I was nervous when he called me in the morning. I was scared he wouldn't be able to hold it for me until I got off work. But he committed to me that he would and he followed through on that promise! Which is awesome because I'm sure he easily could have sold it to someone else by 5p! I absolutely love my new car-- it's everything I thought it would be. Carl was SO nice and helpful-- went out of his way to explain everything to me. Has since followed up via text to check in. And I'm moving to AZ soon and he's offered to get me in touch with a dealership out there to support me with services going forward. Truly the best and I can't recommend Carl and Krieger Ford enough! Brought my car in for service here 3 times and every time was horrible. First time was for an oil change and i asked for a specific oil filter. 2 hours later they told me it was done and put the wrong filter was horrible. First time was for an oil change and i asked for a specific oil filter. 2 hours later they told me it was done and put the wrong filter on. They argued with me and made me pay for the filter i asked for even though i was originally told it wouldnt be a problem and then took another hour to fix it. 3+ hours on an oil change. After that i brought it in to have the stereo and transmission looked at but they couldnt find the problem with the transmission because they never bothered to try to recreate it. They at least found the issue with the stereo and ordered a part. Scheduled an appointment to have the part installed and was told multiple times it should only take 2-3 hours. Brought the car in and waited until an hour and a half later when they said they hadnt even started and that they couldnt get to it until later in the day so i left in a rental. Over 10 hours later i call to see whats going on and am told to call back the next day because the person in the service dept didnt know. At no point whatsoever was i contacted or told they planned on keeping my car overnight. I went in to try and get more details and they hadnt even started work on my car so i gave them the rental back and took my car home without them ever even working on it like they were supposed to. Worst Service Department Ever. More
