Poor customer service. I was dropping my new vehicle off to get a broken seat fixed. I went in to get a courtesy car. The lady at the cashier window was as dry as a cob! I was dropping my new vehicle off to get a broken seat fixed. I went in to get a courtesy car. The lady at the cashier window was as dry as a cob! She proceeds to hand me the keys to the vehicle, I asked her what I was getting and she replied, “I don’t know”. I said do you know what color is it is, “nope”. It is pouring down the rain, so I asked if they were bringing it around to me. Guess what, NO! She had no clue where it was parked. She just told me to look around the side of the building. I traipsed out on the pouring rain, blowing the alarm button, trying to find the “courtesy” car. Topper was when I went to pick up my vehicle, it wasn’t washed or anything! I spent a lot of money at that dealership, a lot. Customer service training is very much needed. I made aware as well. That will be the last vehicle I purchase from Krieger. I will also be doing all of my Ford care at another dealer. More
