Scott Mortland at Krieger Ford was such a pleasure to work with throughout the course of the past year as we patiently waited for the order bank to open so I could special order my Bronco. Scott kept me work with throughout the course of the past year as we patiently waited for the order bank to open so I could special order my Bronco. Scott kept me posted as he learned any new information about the process, as well as when similar Bronco models were available for purchase off the dealer’s lot. Once the order bank opened, Scott took the time to meet with me in person to make sure we got my order just the way I wanted. He then continued to reach out to me as we waited for the Bronco to be scheduled, built, and finally shipped to his dealership. When I went to pick up the Bronco, Scott made sure to have time set aside to show me all the features, as well as sending me a helpful video to watch beforehand. Scott made the entire process as easy as possible and as such, provided me with the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying a car at Krieger Ford to specifically request to work with Scott Mortland! More
