In for the money and not customer service This dealership claims they are all about making new friends and wanting to be sure you leave with a smile. I had my car at the dealership while driv This dealership claims they are all about making new friends and wanting to be sure you leave with a smile. I had my car at the dealership while driving one of their used trucks. Also, one of their salesman took my car for a spin in order to give me a 'price' for my car. While I was in the dealership or gone on a test drive, someone stole my whole large CD case with 106 CD's in it. Also, three days after buying the truck, I noticed it got terrible gas mileage. Before I purchased the truck, I was told by the previous owner/salesman that the truck got 20mpg. Wrong!! That was a complete misrepresentation in order to get me to buy the truck. As I drove a Honda Accord and told them I didn't want to lose much in gas mileage. So when they said it got 20mpg, I figured that is only 9mpg different than my Honda. I was willing to sacrafice the gas mileage difference so that I could have more uses with the truck. Low and behold, after driving the truck for a few days, I noticed the gas mileage was terrible. I contacted the dealership and wanted to cancel the deal. They ofcourse said "No, the deal was already done". Anyway, to make a long story short and after several weeks of driving this gas hog truck and contacting the dealership and management, I was told I could bring the truck back and get my Honda back or choose another vehicle and that they weren't going to make a profit off of me. That was a complete lie. As I paid retail price and got wholesale for my car in the first deal, so I wanted to get the retail amount back and pay wholesale back for my car less any work they did to get it fixed up. However, this isn't the way it went. When I took the truck back, they gave me wholesale price for the truck and wholesale plus expenses for my Honda. This deal ended up costing me over $5000 plus I lost 106 CD's. In which they never cared to talk about everytime I mentioned it to them. I also wanted them to look at their surveillance video to see if they could tell who stole my CD's, and they just said it would be too long to look at. Don't shop here. They will tell you anything you want to hear just to make a profit plus, if you read the other review of someone who got their CD's stolen, it goes to show there is a theif in their mist. More

Choosing the right make and model was a well researched process, and it was not easy. Selecting the Hyundai dealership to do business with was a slam-dunk, knee-slap, no-brainer! Dean Lawthers was the first salesman I've spoken with in 18 years, and he stuck with me through the end as I filtered out the competition. There was not the slightest hint of pressure or deception that I found elsewhere. He negotiated fairly with me, handed me off to his manager to finalize the smooth purchase, introduced me to my slick new ride, a 2015 Sonata Sport 2.0T Limited, and I drove away a happy car buyer. More
