I went in only to secure informatio about the Elantra, and intended to visit a Subaru and Toyota place. Didn't bother after my visit with Korum. There was no pressure at all. I got one question at the end: "Is there anything I could say that would entice you to buy this car today." When I said, no, I wanted to think about it overnight; that this was an information foray, they said thank you for coming to visit them, offered me an appointment, and walked me out. There was NO change in demeanor or in the way I was treated after my "no". What a great experience. And the bonus was the price of my 2017 Elantra.
