Bad experience Purchased a new 2017 hyundai elantra from korum hyundai of puyallup. When doing the paperwork the sraff completed all the purchase paperwork with some Purchased a new 2017 hyundai elantra from korum hyundai of puyallup. When doing the paperwork the sraff completed all the purchase paperwork with someone else's address even though they had a physical copy of my drivers license with current address, doubling the time it took to complete purchase paperwork. When my car was detailed and washed windows were cleaned with a dirty towel leaving streaks, smudges and residue you could see when the sunlight hit it. Also during detail and wash a ribbon was left on the windshield wipper resulting in a broken passenger windshield wipper. I had to buy a new passenger side windshield wipper within 48 hours of buying a brand new 2017 vehicle. Windshield wippers are not optional in washington state. Contacted seller whom did not respond to any form of communication. I won't buy another car from korum hyundai of puyallup. Next time I'll drive the extra 45 minutes and save an extra $1000 by going to hyundai of everret. So much for local convenience. More

The salesman that worked with me was Don Sposato and he took very good care of me. He went over everything and got me up to speed on the new car. I have been dealing with this dealership for 11 years and have always been treated well. The maintenance team is great. They definitely take care of your car and always try to get you in and out. They are very honest and don't nickel and dime you to death. They support the military. I would recommend buying a car from Korum Hyundai. More
