In the end, the SanteFe sold itself and I knew hands down it was the car I wanted but the whole staff at the dealership made the experience fun and easy. Right out of the gate I was offered a good year end deal on a vehicle in stock and there was no haggling required over price. More

I'm glad I came to Korum Hyundai As soon as we drove up to the lot Joe met us. He introduced himself and answered a few question we had on the car. We were looking at a Veloster and still had to think about a few things and Joe got our contact info If we ever needed his help. Later that day we called Joe (he had gone home for the day) but he stayed connected with us and had us speak with Dean about the Veloster. Dean was pleasent off the bat not pushy at all. He was very respectful and he answered any of our questions. We went in to the building and offered us water or coffee. (Every time we went in they offered us to water coffee or cookies. That was nice, it showed a consistancey that the employees care about the customers expirience.) Dean was great to work with. I have absolutely no complaints. He explained everything. I mean everything about the car and its features. I am so very grateful that Korum has Dean as one one their representatives to equip their cosumers with Hyundai operating knowledge. Speaking of.. when I had.. If I had questions. He answered all of them to be quite honest and he even called me afterward to make sure I was finding my way through the car (I was appreciative of that) Dean also put my license plate on for me and wished us well. I would absolutely recommend Korum. This is my first time buying a NEW car and Korum buying experience is exactly the way car buying should be. Thank you Korum, Dean and Joe for being respectful human beings to your customers. That means so much to me. People are important and you can always teach some one a procedure but you can't teach customer service (attitude, patience willingness,) therefore someone at Korum needs to give Dean a raise. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to my emails and calls. They listened to my specific needs, gave me good advice, and then let me take my time to try other vehicles - not pushy. They allowed my to do a thorough test drive. In the end the Hyundai Sante Fe sold itself when compared the competition, but the staff here made it real easy and fun. I agreed to buy a car off the lot at the end of December which was not the color I wanted but in turn I was offered a very good deal right out of the gate - no haggling required. More
