Despite me showing up 10 minutes before closing, defeated and doubtful, he was patient and willing to actually help me. I had been to 4 car lots prior to this one and the experience didn't even compare. Mason went above and beyond to work with me, explain everything thoroughly, and even put up with my bad jokes. He and the finance team went above and beyond to help me get into a car immediately. I appreciate everything they did for me and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

We were interested in test driving one of their crossover vehicles. Dean suggested that we drive a 2017 Tucson Eco. We were immediately impressed with the vehicle and equally impressed with how knowledgeable Dean was about the vehicle. We made Dean aware that it was our intention to test drive vehicles from other manufacturers before making our decision to buy. At no time did Dean try to pressure me into committing to buy the Tucson, in fact he encouraged us to drive other vehicles, I believe mostly because he was utterly confident that the quality and value that Hyundai offers is unparalleled. After driving several other vehicles over the next few days, I returned to the Korum Hyundai dealership with my wife. We had intended on purchasing the Tucson, however the Sonata caught our eye, so we decided to test drive it. I was very pleasantly surprised out how well it handled and how luxurious and spacious this vehicle is. This car meets all of my family needs without sacrificing the excitement of driving.. This coupled with the large rebates, made it easy to choose this car. Dean and his team made the purchase of this vehicle quick and easy. Love my new car We had the best car salesman (Jhamal Tipton) I have ever had but very disappointed with the whole experience of buying my car. We came to the dealers We had the best car salesman (Jhamal Tipton) I have ever had but very disappointed with the whole experience of buying my car. We came to the dealership with a specific car in mind we were interested in and a dollar amount we did not want to spend over for the monthly payment. The sales manager kept wasting our time and would not meet our desires. Jhamal was the best and did everything he could to help us. We ended up leaving very angry and disappointed for wasting 3 hours trying to purchase this car especially after driving an hour to come to this dealership. While we were at another dealership Jhamal called and said they would come down 10.00 more on payment which was still not where I was willing to be but we settled since we did not want to go thru this experience again at another dealership. I would definitely recommend Jhamal but not the dealership unfortunately. More
