He was attentive and patient as we made our decision. He listened to our needs and worries, and helped weigh the different options. We visited two times over a small period of time and Zac remembered what was the most important feature to me; the panoramic moon roof. He was one of the reason why I came back and purchased. Josh (finance manager) was great to work with as well. He (along with Zac) stayed past closing to finish our paperwork. Josh was straight forward in what documents we were signing and helpful regarding how much the down payment limits were and what flexibility/options to we had to pay it. Both Zac and Josh were light hearted and funny even at such a late time in the night. It help us enjoy the time there during what was a very stressful life decision. More
