I spent each day of my vacation at a different brand car dealer looking for a new car for my wife. She had very specific ideas of what she wanted in her car but no idea which brand would meet her requirements. First she didn't even want to look at Hyundai. But, after looking everywhere else we decided to check it out. It was the last place we looked both because it wasn't on our list and because we found something we both liked very much. Us agreeing on a car was surprise enough. The dealership was great, everyone was friendly, attentive, not the least pushy, and didn't try to push us into a more expensive or bigger vehicle. We didn't buy it right away, we went back 3 times in 3 days, took our time, and came to decision we were happy with. Don Sposato the team down at Korum Hyundai were awesome at helping us through. Could I buy a better car? Perhaps. Could I buy a cheaper car? Perhaps. But could I buy a better value? Not Bloody Likely! The value I got in the Elantra GT Sport 1.6L Turbo would be hard to beat. Great car at a great price. Inexpensive cars CAN have those safety features usually reserved for more expensive cars. And though it's not the leader of the pack in performance, the GT Sport has the handling and performance usually reserved for more expensive models. Wife wanted small but roomy, economical, reliable, affordable, & safe. I wanted sporty, fun, stylish, & safe. We got all that in one car, small, roomy, economical, sporty, reliable, fun, stylish, affordable, & the safety features I wanted for her! SO, I suggest making Korum Hyundai the first & last place you look. Or save time and make it the only place you look. Come-On! I got a lifetime limited warrantee on the car... I can't get that on TV these days, let alone a car... Oh, and did I say, they gave me a free loaner when I had my new car in for the day for Simonizing! Best I got from another dealer was a ride home. More

Veloster - only issue was salesman I was greeted by salesman Jhamal - he was wonderful. Not aggressive and seemed excited to work with me given my semi-tough situation (crappy credit, t I was greeted by salesman Jhamal - he was wonderful. Not aggressive and seemed excited to work with me given my semi-tough situation (crappy credit, trade in worth less than owed on); HOWEVER... before I stopped at the dealership, I called the Korum Ford dealership to see if they had any Velosters on the lot that I could stop and see. I spoke to Rodney. He didn't know and would get back to me in "30 minutes". In the meantime, I stopped at the Hyundai dealership and met Jhamal. When he plugged in my info, the screen indicated I talked to Rodney. I did not realize the 2 dealerships were combined. So, Jhamal lost my sale to Rodney. Rodney... he did not go over the vehicle. He did not explain anything. He walked paperwork between me and Dave in finance. Someone recorded my phone number as "253-226" rather than "253-266" so, the finance company couldn't call me or the bank BUT Rodney could TEXT me to tell me I have voicemail from the bank and the finance dept?!?! So frustrating. That is another complaint - CALL your customer, don't text me. One final issue - when he text me to ask me how I was liking my new car, I replied 'there is a lot to learn!' and his reply was "lol. you'll figure it out". I still have that text if you would like proof of this unprofessionalism. And no, I have not figured everything out. More
