After receiving extremely mediocre treatment at the other dealerships (Honda, Toyota, Ford, Subaru, Lexus and Carmax), I visited Hyundai in Puyallup and met “Tim Zetterwall”! This guy should be training salespeople instead of selling cars. Excellent knowledge, low pressure (but firm) sales technique, and a very likeable personality (enough familiarity without being canned and obvious). I’m giving Hyundai a try for the first time because of this representative. Well done, Hyundai! You have a new loyal customer (assuming your service holds up!). More

They have never tried to rip me off or over charge me for anything. Have the stuff i thought i might have to pay for was covered under warranty. So Inwent back to Korum not knowing if I could even get a loan with my credit. My finance guy was Joshua and he did an amazing job with my APR rate. My sales guy was Dean. I didnt get there until 6:30pm so i was there really late. He never rushed me he actually slowed me down so i would know exactly what I was getting. I will always get my cars and service from Korum.
