Great Shopping Experience At first, I was annoyed that we parked across the street where there was some construction going on. But, as soon as we walked into the sales room, At first, I was annoyed that we parked across the street where there was some construction going on. But, as soon as we walked into the sales room, Tim Zetterwall greeted us at the door, apologized that we had to walk in the rain, and immediately made us feel welcome. After I told him that I was looking to test drive a Palisade, he went to get the vehicle, and we were on the road within 15 minutes. While doing the test drive, I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle, and where I wanted to go for a drive. He patiently allowed me to experiment with the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership, I was sure I had found what I wanted but had to do a test drive of another vehicle. Within two hours, I called Tim to let him know we were returning for the Palisade. There were a few back and forths regarding the value of my trade-in, but that was the extent of the negotiation. While I was talking to the Finance Manager, Tim used the waiting time to familiarize my son with some of the Palisade's features so that some of the personalizing was completed for me. By the time I left the dealership, I felt confident that I had made the right choice in going there. More
