I am a commercial customer and have been with Korum for more than 10 years. I have purchased three F550's, one F250 and one 2013 explorer. Korum does all of the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as w more than 10 years. I have purchased three F550's, one F250 and one 2013 explorer. Korum does all of the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as repairs to all of my company vehicles as well as personal vehicles. I had horrible trouble with the 2004 F-550 and was assured by Korum on 5 different occasions that it will be taken care of. In the middle of the trouble I bought another F550 from Korum because I could not afford the down time that the 2004 was having, turning the 2004 into the shop truck instead of the main service truck. All the while being assured that it will take time but Korum is working on it and that it will be taken care of. I have over $14,000.00 in out of pocket expenses keeping the truck on the road and have lost 46 days of work because of the down time. I had a meeting with Jeff Beaty on Friday to offer me $2000.00 off of the price of a new truck in consideration for $14,000.00 out of my pocket and 46 lost days. This was a total slap in my face and I made him aware of it. He told me that he would think about it and get back to me personally by the end of the day. Today is Monday, no word from him Friday, no word from him today but he did have his salesmen call me and pass on that it would take them $20,000.00 in service work to make back the $2000.00 that he offered me so that was the final offer. In 10 years of being a customer I have personally spent over $200,000.00 in new vehicles and just under $40,000.00 servicing those vehicles. I mean nothing to them. What do you think you mean? One additional thought, the people that I have had to deal with at Korum are the best. Ed Konsmo, Mike Parks, Larry in service, Todd Miller, Gary in service, Joel in service and many others. I do not wish to change dealerships but Jeff Beaty and whoever is above him have forced my hand. The management at Korum, if they do not understand the situation of this small business, are clueless. Or maybe they do understand, they just don't care. More

Our sales person, Heidi Smith was awesome. She convinced me that she really wanted to find us the right vehicle, not just sell us anything whether it was what we wanted or not. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I felt at ease without any pressure. I was approached within a minute, and all of my questions were expertly answered.
