The salesman who assisted me was friendly enough although not the usual over the top kind of friendly that I think most people expect from a car dealership. The vehicle was what I wanted and the price was re not the usual over the top kind of friendly that I think most people expect from a car dealership. The biggest problem, and what will keep me from ever returning or recommending Korum to a friend or family member, was the finance guy. I wish I could remember his name. I'm pretty sure he wanted to punch me in the face for refusing GAP coverage along with my refusal to purchase a limited warranty. He was the most rude condescending employee that I have ever come into contact with in a customer service oriented business such as a car dealership. I nearly got up and walked out even though I had already started signing papers for the vehicle. I held my ground and turned him down - repeatedly - and in the end, Korum lost the chance to gain a repeat customer. More

They did a great job matching the price from other dealer websites. The dealer was freindly and easy to work with. My experience was really good. The Ford website lists this exact Vin# vehicle for less money than the Korum Dealer is trying to sell the car for. The Ford website inventory gives you a place to click for a special offer. The offer I got from Korum Ford was higher than the price listed on the Ford website. This may turn some people away and needs to be fixed. Thanks More
