I just purchased a new Ford Fusion, the over all experiencewas great. T.R. and the Korum sales team did a phenomenal job at not only satisfying our vehicle needs, but doing it with a very active 14 month old child in-tow. Mr. Coffee was the first to greet us on the lot late on a Friday evening prior to their closing. He was very up-front and honest with us during every step of the transaction. We originally went in wanting to replace one vehicle, but after we dealt with T.R. and his unique test drive presentation (which I would highly recommend, even you if are not in the market for a vehicle) we opted to purchase two vehicles. The biggest investment at most dealerships is time, being educated and knowledgable consumers with plenty of research prior to hitting the lot, many of the hours of haggling with the sales manager were avoided as we had fair and reasonable expectations of Korum and our selves. I would suggest reviewing multiple price sites (KBB, NADA, Edmunds) prior to visiting and entering a negotiation with any dealership, but found Truecar.com to be the most accurate with the best information on pricing and "best value". Less tax, license and other items such as vehicle equity, their pricing was in the target pricing range within several minutes of discussion. While I assume they still made a modest profit, it was "fair and reasonable" and we were willing to pay what we did. We would definitely would go back and to purchase from Korum and ask for T.R. by name. Thank you Korum, we love the twin Expeditions! More

T.R. was extremely helpful in our choice of buying the 2013 F350 Super Duty. We have purchased 2 other vehicles in the past from Korum Ford and once again have been extremely pleased with the knowledge, c 2013 F350 Super Duty. The price was about 3 thousand less than 2 other dealerships we visited, but the individuals (especially T.R.) was the reason we buy and return to Korum Ford. He worked with us diligently to ensure that we were able to purchase the correct vehicle for our upcoming travel intentions. We will (and already have) continue to recommend Korum Ford and T.R. and Jennifer to our friends and associates. A big kudos to the folks at Korum and a gracious thank you to you all. More

The first dealership we visited was Korum Ford and our salesmen was Tom Dyer. He was genuinely nice and the way that he presented Korum was fantastic. He wasnt pushy he gave us space and encouraged us to look at other dealerships but that he was sure we would be back. And we did come back! Not only is the Ford Fusion a great car but our experience with financing and the price of the car was great as well. What really made this difference is the attitude that they we be honored if we allowed them to have our business. I would definitely purchase a new car from Korum Ford again! More
i worked with Jeff Jones he is a great guy he found me the truck i would afford but also made sure it was the most bang for my buck. I had leased a new Hyundau Tuscon and was ready to purchase a new Ford Escape. After the test drive, I loved it! But there was one catch - I wanted the Titanium Tri Color White, which they didn't have on the lot. In two days they located it and I was able to come pick it up! After picking my Escape up the Tech (can't remember his name) spent two hours with me going over the car! Very helpful & thorough - great experience! More
I got absolutely no pressure to buy. Richard took time to show all cars that might "fit" what I was looking for. Took time to get to know my wants and needs. Showed me many cars. Was not rushed. After I found the "just right" car, Rich then helped to get the payment to an amount I could afford. The finance person was quick and organized. Suggested additional choices for me to consider...again no pressure, but wanted to make sure that I knew about warrantees available. Was efficient and all paperwork was done! Rich again went to get may car that was carefully washned and dried. Easiest time to buy a car! This is the third card that my family has purchased from Korum. They are all great!
