My girlfriend and I went to this dealership to look at cars around 10,000. The guy came outside said hello, he rushed us over to cars that we could not afford and made no effort to look for other cars at cars around 10,000. Our whole experience of purchasing a new 2013 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid was the best we've ever had in nearly 50 years of buying new cars. The sales person, Mr. Vernon McDonald, carefully explained everything to us about the use of the car and its features. He has followed up with us by phone several times. I had a wonderful experience buying my new Ford Focus at Korum Ford. Vernon stayed late to help us buy our car. my ignition in my 1997 ford Expidition went out i took it to a personal mech. he replaced the stearing colum with a 1999 model but the transciever didnt match the vechical would start up and stall, so i took to a personal mech. he replaced the stearing colum with a 1999 model but the transciever didnt match the vechical would start up and stall, so i took it in to konen ford to have the problem repaired. I explained to the sevice tech that the colum had been replaced with a 99 model and the tranciever didn't match, he told me that i would need 2 sets of keys i said ok. the next morning i got a call that i had a alarm system in the vechica, i replied yes their is it is a stock alarm came with the vechical, he replied that we need to take it out it is interfiering and we can't fix it with in their. i replied ok i did not need it anyway but it is'nt you problem the tranciever is they are not the same year as the vechical. that night he called me up and said (he was having problems trying to figure out what was wrong with the vechical we are still working on it. we are going to make 2 sets of keys and try to get it going in the morning.) the next day i didn't get a call from them so i called them just before closing time, Mike stated that the vechical was giving them probems and they can not figure out what was going on. this went on for 2 more days. i went in to the koden ford to see them in person and find out why they were having a problem. Mike said they think they have it figured out the transciever wasnt the same year as the vechical and we are waiting on parts to show up. i replied i told you that why are you just know ordering parts you have had the truck for 4 days and should have only taken 1 hour to fix. i am extremally disipointed in the service. he replied i am sorry. The next morning Mike called and sid the truck was fixed, i went t pick it up the bill was 616.00 parts 193.97 labor 368.50 tax 52.87 labor should have only been 1 hr. and parts 193.97. t The whole experince with Konen ford was very dissatisfing, i would expect better service from a major service company. More

They wouldn't appraise my trade in & then tried to sell me a vehicle I hadn't requested & sent me on my way. Proceeded to Korum & Mike had Vern work with me, they had the vehicle I had requested & let me take the vehicle home to have my wife see it & drive it & appraised my trade in. Vern & Mike were great to wok with, were fair, & the new car price was very fair. Overall was a very stress free experience & one of the best buying experiences I have had. More

I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER had such a fantastic HONEST and HASSLE FREE time purchasing a car in my LIFE!, Michael was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE, we were in and out in a flash, go HONEST and HASSLE FREE time purchasing a car in my LIFE!, Michael was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE, we were in and out in a flash, got exactly what we had been looking for TWO WEEKS to find and for an AMAZING PRICE! I can't believe how impressed I was, and this isn't easy after 15 years in sales I have been there done that and seen it all, but this was amazing beautiful facility, great customer service, wonderful selection of cars and to top it off NO SALESMAN B.S. (for a low down on how horrible this could be check out my review of North West Power Sports down the road YUCK!). Anyways I would like to not only say THANK YOU but CONGRATS on being so freaking fantastic! You have a customer FOR LIFE! -See you in a few weeks when my parents need their new rig! P.S.
