We bought two cars during our visit here, one a 2014 Ford Fiesta and the other a 2014 Ford Focus. The entire visit was very pleasant and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. They literally bent over backwards to get us a good deal on the cars and to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car as they put us first on their agenda and made a true effort to show that they were working for us. Our salesman, Kevin, while he seemed new and a little unsure about the cars details, helped us in finding the right cars and unlike most sales people, sat back and let us inspect the cars/drive the cars in peace to let us determine which cars were right for us instead of constantly pushing us to buy whichever car he wanted us to buy. He was also very funny and sociable making the process a lot more enjoyable. During the times that we waited we had comfortable seats and an excellent selection of coffee/treats to occupy us then once we had purchased our cars, they detailed them and filled them with gas making them nice and ready to go. We even were able to put them into the show room with bows on them to take pictures and have fun. Overall, I give them a 5 star rating. More

This is my third MKS that I have bought from Korum. Tom Horn was my sales person and he took care of all my car needs on the phone.
