We have been bringing our vehicles to Korum for years, but this last year we made two purchases. One was an Escape for my parents late last year and a month ago, we bought a new F-250 there. My experience with Korum Ford goes back nearly 20 years. I was buying a new car and the finance guy wrote in an extended warranty that I did not want or ask for. Had I not completely read the contract prio I was buying a new car and the finance guy wrote in an extended warranty that I did not want or ask for. Had I not completely read the contract prior to signing I would have been stuck with it. Basically he lied to me and tried to scam me for over a thousand dollars. I swore I would never go back. Fast forward nearly twenty years to 2014. I took my vehicle in for repairs because it was convenient and hey, it had been a long time. I can walk there in about 20 minutes. So I was told my vehicle would be ready Friday morning. So I walk over Friday AM and surprise! the vehicle is NOT ready. The service guy tells me " I called and left you a message." He did not call and he most certainly did not leave me a message. He just LIED to cover his story. I had left both my home phone and cell number with them. Obviously this company runs on a culture of lies that no doubt starts at the top and filters down to all the employees and has continued for decades. Lesson learned. Too bad they own so many dealerships in Puyallup, I will have to go further away to purchase and service my vehicles. Certainly my experience will be shared with my friends and family. More

My wife and I were driving along river road when we saw a 2012 Silverado Duramax on the lot and decided to stop and check it out. That is when I met Shawn. At this point I was just going to look and then without pressure asked for a test drive I really liked the look and feel and decided to ask what kind of terms we could come to for a trade and financing. this is the first time that I felt treated fairly in both the sales and finance departments from any dealer I have dealt with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and will enjoy my new truck. Also the price of the truck on line was 47k and the tag read 43k without any hassle the 43k price was honored.
