Started out great but has turned out not so satisfying. Korum was really great to work with. It’s the couple of problems I’ve had after the purchase that has me wondering.... I was looking for the “engine block heater plug” and couldn’t find it anywhere. I text my salesman and asked where it was and he told me it wasn’t an option on my truck. I knew it was so I sent him the dealer tag showing him it was an option I purchased. My truck also didn’t come with a door code that a brand new truck comes with. They said I would have to drive another 2 hours to go back to the store to get both items. Very dissapointing. Other than those things, they were great to work with! We’ll see how the rest turns out. More

This is the first time I've bought a car from Korum as I have only lived in Puyallup for about a dozen years. As I have found with the service department the sales and finance department are also friendly and professional. Our sales representative, Robert Eagleson provided a very relaxed environment and was helpful to us in selecting a model that would best serve our needs. While the color we chose was not in their inventory one was quickly found in another location and made available to us in less than 24 hours. We were very pleased with the entire process. This was disheartening, but the dealer we were working with was very accommodating and assured me that he would take care of it, and provided me with a brand new vehicle to use until mine was ready to be taken. This action showed me that he respected my time and business. While the vehicle was in his charge, he ensured that everything that could be worked on, would be completed upon pick-up (ie. added items included in the purchase). He kept in constant contact with me (everyday). He expressed his commitment and showed his dedication to ensuring I was happy with what he could control. I understood and therefore I ended up having a good purchase experience overall. More

I left the dealer with a new 17 mustang that day. Everyday I walk to the Ford A BIG smile comes on my face all the time!
