There are many factors that take place when evaluating the value of a trade in that cannot be directly reflected in the online KBB value determination. We apologize for the honest mistake we made when calling to schedule service on your new Mustang Mach-E, it was an oversight on our part, our scheduler saw the model “mustang” and assumed it needed an oil change, it’s a brand-new model and she didn’t realize it was the electric model.
