Was told I needed to pay for a second repair on a driver seat part failure on my 2020 Aviator. It’s under full warranty. What happened to honoring your warranty. I would never want to write badly about the dealership, but I can't keep silent either. When you come to a car dealership, we hope to get an item that matches the price requested by the seller (I want to but I can't keep silent either. When you come to a car dealership, we hope to get an item that matches the price requested by the seller (I want to say about used cars), but as a result we just earn someone money. The sale of even a broken and painted car turns into almost a new car, and at the same time even conscience does not work, if we talk about the good. They will look you in the eye and tell you that you have to pay for everything, but the responsibility is removed immediately after receiving the contract. Maybe the seller used to worry about the image, now they just sell a product that does not match the price, and at the same time look at you as a loser when you took the keys. The car I bought had an accident. And when I asked - a car with clean documents, to which I received the answer "yes, of course." When the car stops after 2 months of operation, you look like a fool, because the dealership asks you to pay insurance for another 1/3 of the cost of the car. And if you add a monthly payment to this, it turns out that you are working for someone's wallet More
While purchasing my Lincoln was a great experience, I've been very frustrated with the service dept in their new facility. There is only one person to check people in for their scheduled appointment. I've already been waiting 30 minutes and still haven't even been checked in. I'm missing work time and have mentioned this issue several times as I've had to bring my vehicle for service. Each time I'm told they are "working on it" but nothing changes. I gave 3 stars because, while the lack of service is frustrating, the people are very nice. More

I had my MKT s now a separate dealership in an incredibly beautiful building and space (right next to the Ford lot) at 150 River Rd, in Puyallup, WA. I had my MKT serviced there today. The facility is what we used to expect from Lincoln dealers. The decor is the nicest I've seen in decades, the people were great to work with. I had no beef with the Ford-Lincoln store, but I much prefer this one. I've bought Lincolns since the late '70s and I was starting to think this would be my last one. Well worth the drive. Check it out. More
So, so, SO amazingly satisfied with my experience here. I worked with Bryan Camp ordering my Bronco back in April, and he kept me updated every step of the way while I waited. I pre ordered a new Electric Mach E mustang. Korum tried to rip me off on my trade in by $3000 even thought I had a pre approved Kelly blue book offer. After my purchase their service department tried to get me to do an oil change. Fyi Electric cars don't get oil changes. You would think they would know this. Maybe it's just another way to keep ripping off their customers. I would not use this dealership if I were you. If you spend $70,000 you would think they would be honest, They Are not!!! More
