I pre ordered a new Electric Mach E mustang. Korum tried to rip me off on my trade in by $3000 even thought I had a pre approved Kelly blue book offer. After my purchase their service depart Korum tried to rip me off on my trade in by $3000 even thought I had a pre approved Kelly blue book offer. After my purchase their service department tried to get me to do an oil change. Fyi Electric cars don't get oil changes. You would think they would know this. Maybe it's just another way to keep ripping off their customers. I would not use this dealership if I were you. If you spend $70,000 you would think they would be honest, They Are not!!! More
Brought my Ford Fuse in ,because Ford Corporate had suggested they would complete a emissions recall free of charge (parts and labor). Two hours later they informed me they could not do the recall but i suggested they would complete a emissions recall free of charge (parts and labor). Two hours later they informed me they could not do the recall but if I agreed to pay them$175 to diagnose they could perform the recall .I said no and I would leave my vehicle with them until the recall was performed successfully. They called me the next day and said pick up your Ford or pay $175.Returned and got my vehicle. The only positive thing I can say about this event , there were garbage cans in the area my Ford was parked so it was easy to dispose of the trash the technicians had left in the cab. More
I decided to wait about 2 months to see if things would have improved but it has not. I write this with upmost sadness because I love Korum Hyundai but cannot understand how the same company, Korum Ford, c have improved but it has not. I write this with upmost sadness because I love Korum Hyundai but cannot understand how the same company, Korum Ford, could have fallen so short. Let me preface this by saying that we have purchased 3 cars and went in last week to purchase another car from the Hyundai side in the past 2 years. You would think that with us being loyal customers that their would be some sort of loyalty back. We purchased a 2021 Ford Ranger for my father in law and the process leading up to it was a bit shaky. We have visited several times but it seemed that the sales people here were not really interested in doing business with us. I should have taken this as the first red flag and gone elsewhere but because my experience with Korum Hyundai was positive, I decided to give it another change. I reached out to the Hyundai Management team to help me get a Ford. The Sales Manager from Hyundai ended up walking over to the Ford side and spoke with Mark Archer to get the ball rolling and then was transferred over to Trisha Rice. The initial service from Mark and Trisha was great until the day we took delivery of the truck. We noticed on the day of pickup that the trim around the two passenger doors had begun falling off. After looking at other Rangers on the lot, Mark had documented this and advised us he would have this addressed asap for us. Several weeks went by and we heard nothing. I began reaching out to Trisha via text and email and was provided someone's name who was irrelevant to this issue. I began reaching out on a weekly basis to not only Trisha but to Mark and the Service team and received NO RESPONSE. Several weeks later I corresponded emails with the General Manager Jeff Beaty who advised that Trisha and Mark would address my concerns with the "highest priorities". I have received no communication from them. During my phone call correspondence I ended up reaching the Service Manager who advised me that he would attempt to remedy the situation after speaking with Jeff. I don't recall his name as I write this review but I was told that after his research this molding was suppose to be ordered the day of purchase (June 12TH I believe) but it had not been ordered. I asked him if all this was documented, why are we in mid July and nothing had been done? He didn't have an answer. It is now August 12TH and since that conversation I have yet to hear from him even after he had promised to keep me updated. I understand that COVID had impacted suppliers all across the world but what does COVID have to do with me keep me updated? Is emailing me or calling me with a periodic that much of a liability ? Long story short is that I will never do business with this Ford dealership again and cannot understand how Korum could treat a customer like this. In my opinion it seemed that they were more interested in completing a sale and getting rid of us then maintaining this relationship. Another frustration point was that this vehicle had to be delivered to OKC and this information was provided to them multiple times. I asked for all of this to be remedied before then but as I stated before, they didn't seem to care. To wrap this entire situation up, the air conditioner broke in the truck with only 120 miles on it. I will probably get a response from them because people will have seen this experience but I doubt anything will happen. The line I will probably get is "the vehicle is in Oklahoma, there is nothing we can do. Bring it to the local dealership there". Well that's not the point, the point was to have this fixed prior. Another recommendation, stop forcing us to download apps and rate you 5 Stars when Ford sends the review email requests. It is very obvious and borderline disrespectful to the extent Trisha and Mark kept asking us to fill this out with all positive marks. More
I went to Korum on 4/21/21 to look at a truck and to get my truck appraised. Frank P was very nice right off the bat (unlike the last time we were there looking at possible trade in by other Korum employees my truck appraised. Frank P was very nice right off the bat (unlike the last time we were there looking at possible trade in by other Korum employees). Frank was very willing to give me and my husband a more than fair offer on our trade in. He was very accommodating as we switched looking between two different trucks. He worked with us and we came to a great deal! More

The people were very helpfull, the sales manager Mike Guetle went out of his way to make sure I got everything I wanted and Mike Cook went over all the features of the car (there are alot). I drove out of there a happy man! Thanks again. More

50 years and 15 new vehicles from Korum Ford. It was time to trade in our 2010 Ranger and we really wanted a new Ranger Crew Cab with the 4 doors and we no longer needed a full length bed in the back. time to trade in our 2010 Ranger and we really wanted a new Ranger Crew Cab with the 4 doors and we no longer needed a full length bed in the back. I called Mike Zoleman and made an appointment to come in and look at a New 2020 Ranger as the dealership was moving the 2020 models out to make room for the 2021 models and offering almost $4500 in discounts. Mike has sold us vehicles in the past and is very knowledgeable. When we arrived, New Ford Manager, Mike Guetle, took our trade out for a drive and offered us a suitable amount and so we completed the sale on the new 2020 Ford Ranger Crew Cab. Ron in Finance put the paperwork together and was a joy to work with. Mike took us out and explained all the features, entered our phone information to the bluetooth, and updated my phone app, "Ford Pass" which allows me to remotely start the Ranger and maintains a ton of information as well as the vehicles location. I enjoyed very much dealing with Mike Zoleman, Mike Guetle, and Ron George, a team that you can't beat. Jerry Korum has set up a first rate team of sales, management, finance, office, and service staff. It is always a pleasure to look forward to my vehicle's service appointment so that I can visit and update with my Korum friends. A 5 Star rating all around. Thank you, Dennis S. More
