The wanted to charge me $367 for a diagnostics test that they would not be willing to put towards the cost of any repair. They outright lie about when they have called. They do not do the services asked of them even when appointments scheduled have been scheduled. The service staff are extremely unprofessional and good around in front of customers all the time time. They also lie about completing work. One time they even put my steering wheel back on my car incorrectly and let me drive off with it. Absolutely ridiculous and awful. I would not recommend them EVER! More

Car buying experience was fine, but then we had to wait for 4 hours to take possession. At no time during the 4 hours while they were getting the car ready did they tell us an ETA. Could’ve went home, had for 4 hours to take possession. At no time during the 4 hours while they were getting the car ready did they tell us an ETA. Very disappointed appointment not only because the Service associate intentionally ignored to give me my discount offer after he asked me to forward the email to him and was confirmed before the serv Service associate intentionally ignored to give me my discount offer after he asked me to forward the email to him and was confirmed before the service and clearly mentioned to him after service was completed (please don't forget to take the discount offer of the total) he continued to print the paper work and asked me to signe, I kindly stated the discount was not applied,He apologized and replied he will do it next time I told him I'm not coming back then He said If you come back!!!! May be $15 discount is not a big deal or on his defense he forgot or he was too busy trying to get me to get more work done on my vehicle to boost his commission even though I mentioned to him that I don't have much time today The expected was two and half hours but it took nearly three and half hours part of it because of my paper work with my Car key were on his Desk but he was not, I received a text massage saying after leaving the Lott saying my car is ready for pickup. If I could give them MINUS would be my pleasure so I save other customers “recent or future customers “ from those SCAMMERS!! We bought 2017 Hyundai Elantra from them since 2020.. we had the oil change alwa other customers “recent or future customers “ from those SCAMMERS!! We bought 2017 Hyundai Elantra from them since 2020.. we had the oil change always with them.. every time either they broke the car handle or let us stay quality of time “3 hours or so even with appointment”.. today we did our huge mistake for walk in oil change.. they tried to convince my husband for extra cabin filter change $250 and husband said no thanks, only oil change! That was around 10:20 am we left our press button car ON and left! Got a call 12:49 pm from Frederick Murray that’s we need to change our battery” never had problem and was working perfectly till we dropped the car for oil change! I asked why did u check the battery? The car came for oil change service, he answered in and out while tripping that’s they do check up for the car and the technician notice the battery is 6 while it supposed to be 12.5! And after I explained I have no time today and will discuss that when I pick up the car he said will the battery CAN survive 2 or 3 days !!! While we keep waiting for a call till 5:30 we had to stop by them to see what’s going on AS IT SEEMS SOMETHING WRONG OR FISHY or THEIR plan was to ignore us and close on the car??! We found the paperwork is ready on the counter and car was ready while they didn’t call” no respect for customers time or plans or any inconvenience” they made my husband pay then surprised him OH THE CAR DOESN’T TURN ON! It’s dead ..MANAGER Stanton Colbert was rude accusing me lying about his agent call explaining and telling me we are not here to argue or he said she said!! I was not in the call to say what happen or who is right!!!!!So they sucks as a dealer, service and customer service TOO!!! They gave the car jump start.. battery totally drained and dead.. another customer asked we share the emails we took to complain as she wanna complain what they did to her and her car.. Only the lady who work for customer service manager Daizah Harrington was respectful and listens with a great customer service!she offered to share that with the GM and give me a call!! their GM Anthony Gonzalez called me to make it more worse and telling me sorry that’s u need a battery, and that’s they can’t know when the battery dies and after I asked to check the cameras as we left the car ON, he dares to tell me that after it was parked on the parking lot 12:15 and he can see it in the parking spot on his camera the valet parking couldn’t turn it on!! Who drove the car and parked it in the parking spot?He said the valet parking!! Will they DIDN’t turn off the car totally and left the press button electric on not the whole car off that’s what KILLED THE BATTERY Of course they didn’t admit they did nothing wrong starting from 6 hours oil change and lying about the battery and killing it.. then the time it was dead or contacting us to know what’s going on with our car or pick it up and let us till almost close time! I said will I need to call their owners or district he laughs and said will still o will be the one who calls you!!!!! Awful scammers and the GM HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF I WANNA KNOW THE BATTERY PRICES!!as I will ever be back to them!!!! NEVER ! They are super LOW .. TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH WITH NO RESPECT! thief’s and SCAMMERS! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! if you wanna mistreated and get disrespected or get scammed, if you wanna to destroy your car or spend the whole day to change oil whole the mess up sth else in your car.. then this Koons is the place for that!!
