Had a drain & fill done on my transmission. A few days later i noticed transmission fluid all over my driveway where my car was parked. Mind you i just had a newborn so im not driving anywhere unless its for an appointment. Hyundai scheduled me for an appointment at 7:30am on FEBRUARY 1ST take a look and see why it was leaking. So i had it towed to the dealer the night before so that they could get to work immediately. By 4pm on FEBRUARY 1ST no call back on status even though i replied to the "you can contact us at anytime by texting us" text. No replies. I called finally and the advisor stated the tech just said theyd take a look at 4PM....WHAT?!?! Take a look just now?! Then they said it was going to be held overnight because they are backed up. I informed them from the beginning that i had a newborn that was born with medical complications and needed it back asap but they still put me at the back of the line even though this was a dealership error. I had to cancel one of my babies appointments on the 2nd because i still wasnt getting my car back. Finally mid morning they said they fixed it and the issue was the tech overfilled the transmission. All i got throughout this whole ordeal was "i understand your situation", "i understand your concern"...blah blah blah. I asked to see a manager multiple times and they are never in. Whats the point if they are never in? I will update this review after contacting the General Manager. Lets see if they really care about there customers and do something about this or just give me the ole "i understand your concern". Well you understanding doesnt help me any. I have bought hyundais all my life but this is the last one for sure. This is the 2nd negative encounter i had with dealership. I was sold a car by hyundai and the paint was flying off while i was washing it with a garden hose with no nozzle. HUGE chip pieces. I googled it and apparently this is a common thing with the white cars. The dealership omly offered to pay 50% to fix it....thags like me selling you something thats broken and offering to only give you half back even though its my fault...what a scam. Was told by the Service director that I'd be getting a refund in 3-4 business days and I have yet to see my refund. I keep getting told I'm going to receive an email from both finance and Service director and haven't received an email. Still waiting. More
5 stars for the salesman who helped me to get the car that I wanted, I can't thank Wahid enough for taking time out of his schedule to make the process as simple as possible for me. I would give 3 stars to finance, because although they were kind people, the simple process with sales became more difficult in the finance office. But in all honesty what finance department is going to be fun? Koons hyundai really helped me get this car and I can't thank them enough. More

I sure would like to the owner of this dealership since they have been bought out in December.I can't even get a simple recall paint job done on my Roof. I came back after 10 days of vacation and nothing was done.Here it is 2 month later and if I wouldn't of called them I would have heard a word from them.I called Monday and was told if I didn't hear anything from them by Thursday to call . Well I called today and was on hold for 25 minutes and never talked to anyone.Customer Service stinks there is no communication between dealership and customers. More
I am so unbelievably discouraged with this dealership. I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2013 and not once has any of the times that I’ve had to go there for a recall have I dealt with pleasant service I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2013 and not once has any of the times that I’ve had to go there for a recall have I dealt with pleasant service advisors or helpful members in the service team. This day, in particular I had contact with a gentleman named Ricky. Who was unbelievably rude to me when I asked for printouts of the recalls that we’re on my vehicle. I’m not sure if he thought he was a comedian or something, but he printed off my intake sheet instead of printing off the information that I asked for regarding the recalls. After we had to go back-and-forth a little bit I finally got my printouts regarding the recalls on my vehicle. I did dropped off my car and had someone drive me back to my house. When I waited for a phone call to let me know that my vehicle was done. That phone call never came. After four hours I decided to give them a call to find out the status of my vehicle, since I had not heard back from anybody. I then had to find alternative ways to pick up my child from school because they did not tell me that my vehicle was done hours prior to that Ricky then claims that he did call my phone but I do not have any missed calls and I verified the phone number in the system, which was correct. Ricky is one of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have had to deal with in my entire life. Does it hurt to be nice? Because I didn’t make you get this job & if you don’t like it, no need to come and be rude to customers. More
