Your service is deplorable. We came to Koons because 2 years ago because Alexandria Hyundai had such terrible customer service. I had an appointment at 10:30 to drop off my car We came to Koons because 2 years ago because Alexandria Hyundai had such terrible customer service. I had an appointment at 10:30 to drop off my car. Even though I was the only one standing there at 10:30 know one acknowledge me for 10 minutes. One service manager was too busy removing staples from old paper work and answering the phone while I was standing right in front of him. I felt invisible. The other 3 were just joking around with one another. After finally being acknowledged and giving them my name he asked me why I was there? What's the point of making an appointment and giving them the reason for the appointment over the phone in advance? I was there for an oil change, tire rotation and service recall. I guess two for three isn't bad. They did the oil change and service recall but not the tire rotation. Anyway the next day when I came back to pick up my car it took almost an hour to check out. I asked ok so where's my car? It should be right out front. Just click your key fob a few times and you'll find it. Well after five minutes of walking around the parking lot with my dog in his carrier on my shoulder and even holding the dam key fob to my head, no such luck. This disabled veteran finally yelled to one of the two uniformed Koons employees about 20 yards away...can you help me find my car. He said yes sir let me go find it. 5 minutes later from the other side of the building he came back with my car. I wish I had gotten his name because he was the only one worth retaining in all the members of your team that I dealt with. I was really impressed with your service when we joined Koons! I can't tell you how disappointed I am in how far your team has fallen. More

They sold me a car with worn down tires and it failed inspection. Did not fill my gas before i drove off the lot, and did not clean the brand new car i bought. The people who work there are incredibly rude. More
