My first experience in working with 'Koons" Hyundai was not a good one. The service writers just went on with their business - did not even look up and say "hi we'll be right with you." Twice I asked for not a good one. The service writers just went on with their business - did not even look up and say "hi we'll be right with you." Twice I asked for a part to be replaced, was told it was ordered but then heard nothing. Two weeks ago I called and spoke with Jeremy who was very friendly and gracious. When the part came in we set an appointment. Things went well. However, my 7 year warranty will be up on July 30. So I may find another dealership with which to deal. I will give this one a chance and see what happens when Jeremy leaves. More

I took my car to Koons Hyundai in Stafford Va, for a checkup, I rep named Eric assisted me. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a list of what my car needed and the estimate for each checkup, I rep named Eric assisted me. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Service advisor (Ricky)was very helpful. He took time to explain options for my repairs. I gave the high rating’s because of the service advisor. Had exact car and price negotiated via phone/online (only reason this isn't a 1 star). Showed up the next day and it took 4 hours to get the paperwork completed on a pre-negotiated deal. "WORST SERVICE EVER". I couldn't get a status of my car because it was my Advisor's day off. When I picked up my car and was asked who my Advisor was, after providing the I couldn't get a status of my car because it was my Advisor's day off. When I picked up my car and was asked who my Advisor was, after providing the name, they told me he didn't work there. I had to show them the text msgs on my phone. They replaced my alternator and charged me for the diagnostic and $367 labor for returning the old alternator to me (putting in a box in the front seat). I'll be looking for a new provider to maintain my Hyundai vehicles!! More
