I had reported it to them and still waiting on a response. When I called for an update they told me that it has been resolved, but it has not been resolved. I can’t take my family on a ride because of safety concern about the seatbelt. I am very disappointed .for the piece I paid I’m not recommending this dealer More
I purchased a used SUV from this dealership 2 days ago. Probably spent less than 5 minutes actually speaking to my sales rep and then he left for the day before I spoke with finance. I requested for them to deliver my car to my apartment. Upon receiving my car, I only received one key fob. The sales rep and manager never disclosed this info to me which is shady... After giving them a call, the Manager Jordan said that I should've read the fine T&Cs and there's not much they can do. He said, "Factory key fobs are usually $750". However before my call, I reached out to another dealer in the area and got word the Manufacturer key would be $400. I said this to Jordan and he said he wouldn't be able to provide a factory key to me. Very poor customer service and this dealership is not customer focused... DO NOT RECOMMEND, buy your car at another local dealer. My trend has been to buy a new car every 2 years or so... but I know good well to never come back here. While i'm griping... when I received my car, whoever dropped it off was drinking a sugary pink drink and spilled a bit of their drink in my "new to me" car... I have videos of the car when I test drove it and the white leather interior was spotless. no other prospective buyers test drove after me... I had to clean off the seat/door as soon as I got in. What the heck!? More
Poor service - charged $90 some dollars for an oil change when my vehicle is only 2 years old and has 33k miles. Hyundai states that you get complimentary oil change up to 3 years or 36k (whichever comes fi when my vehicle is only 2 years old and has 33k miles. Hyundai states that you get complimentary oil change up to 3 years or 36k (whichever comes first) however I was charged because I have received the maximum of 4 complimentary oil changes they offer. Nowhere on their website or when the vehicle was purchased did they mention you only get 4 free oil changes. Ridiculous and very poor customer service. Never again getting oil changes for that outrageous price at Hyundai. More

I came in 2 weeks ago because my AC went out in my car. My first time there, I took off from work to bring my car in at 9:30 a.m. I waited there until 4:30 p.m. only for them to tell me they didn't have th My first time there, I took off from work to bring my car in at 9:30 a.m. I waited there until 4:30 p.m. only for them to tell me they didn't have the part needed to fix my AC! I told Paul, the service rep who handled my case, I had an appointment to be at by 4:00p.m. I had to cancel that appointment because my car was not ready to be returned to me. They ordered the part that was needed and a few days later Paul called me to tell me to come in the following Monday for them to finish the job. I took a half day off work and drove to the center for Paul to tell me the AC machine wasn't working. He told me to try back that Thursday. I called before I drove there to make sure the AC machine was fixed. Whoever I talked to from the scheduling department allowed me to book an appointment for that day. I took ANOTHER half day off from work, drove an hour to get there, for them to tell me the AC machine was STILL broken! When I asked why I was allowed to make the appointment if the machine did not work, Paul and Robert, another rep that works there, told me the person who schedules the service appointments really has no clue if the shop has the parts needed or the ability to fix your car when you schedule your appointment. If you come here, it's basically a gamble if your car can/will be serviced. You waste so much time going there for them to be like "oh well." Oh! and if you need a loaner vehicle apparently you have to pay $85 a day?!! Paul called me yesterday to tell me that AC machine was fixed. I agreed to come in, but let him know how dissatisfied I was with the service I had been receiving, seeing as this would be my FOURTH time coming there to get ONE thing fixed. I work in education and I can't keep taking off work only for there to be some reason why they can't do the job. Paul was very dismissive of my complaint telling me he was "doing me a favor" by letting me come in that day without an appointment. He kept trying to make excuses for why my experience was a such a headache, was condescending, never apologized for the poor service and kept trying to cut me off while I was speaking. I brought my car in today and they fixed the AC, and LO AND BEHOLD! When I got home, I noticed the clutch to release the hood of my car was just dangling from a wire and the siding was not put back in place! CLEARLY a sloppy job! NOW, I will have to go up there a 5TH TIME so they can fix this crap!! I'm extremely disappointed with my experience! -1611/10 would NOT recommend ! If I could rate this place negative stars I would! More
