Koons Hyundai offers rude and borderline aggressive service staff, a dishonest and pushy sales staff, and a very expensive service department. When bringing my vehicle in for warranty service and turning down an aggressive upsell on additional service I found a completely fresh nail in my tire that was previously not there. NTB in Woodbridge is 2 miles away with a friendly staff and better, much less expensive service. If you need a dealer, Stafford Hyundai is up 95 and a far better dealer experience as well. More

Finance and management are full of lies and I will never reccomend this dealership. It is a shame I have called several times over the past few days to get my cancellation forms for my warranties and gap. ( reccomend this dealership. (By the way I would not reccomend getting these, although finance will try to pin you down and trick you to get it. It's just money in their pockets and you're just a deal to them. They dont care about you.) I have spoken with Robert C., some woman in finance, the sales manager, etc and all have failed to help me. I have chest pains due to their incompetence!! They all promised to send these forms to me or to help me in some kind of way and I'm still without help. The truth is they want to keep their pockets fat and don't care about the inconvenience it may be to their customers. Very sad. Thank you. More
Stay away from this dealership if you can. .. They damaged a rim on my vehicle and broke a stud... they forgot to order the replacement stud and forgot to send me a check for the repairs I had .. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. I am still trying to get back money from Koons Hyundai Woodbridge that is owed to me and may have to take legal action. The reviews on Yelp are a better representation of the type of customer service Koons Hyundai Woodbridge provides. There current management team is not ensuring that customers are provided with great service, and I honestly think that they don't care. FYI: They will list the cars online at one price and then try to tell you they have refurbish fees... Don't be that guy and fall for it! More

Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge made me feel like my time and my business was WANTED, VALUED, and most of all, APPRECIATED. I had the pleasure of working with Dedin Abbas. I'm a believer that you can tell a lot about someone by their body language and demeanor... and I can confidently say that Dedin genuinely wanted me to have the best deal and car buying experience that I could possibly have, and worked very hard to achieve that. Dedin impressed me by his remarkable maturity and character for being a young man. Koons should be beyond grateful to have such a passionate and wholehearted employee. He will undoubtedly be extremely successful in life one day, and I really look forward to continuing to work with him and watch as we both grow in our newly established business relationship. J.R. Majali, the sales manager, is another example of something we often don't take into consideration... he doesn't talk down or belittle his employees. You can tell that J.R. really values and has trust in his employees. He is an embodiment of an incredible role model and a GREAT MAN to a team of mostly young male associates. They look up to him, and rightfully so. If an associate was ever unsure, they are not at all afraid to ask for his guidance, instead of providing inaccurate information. This really speaks to Koons as a company overall; happy employees, happy customers. And finally, Robert Coley, the Finance Manager, was extremely kind and reassuring throughout the process. He actually owned the same model of car I bought (Genesis G80 3.3T Sport), and gave a lot of great tips and information. I greatly appreciated this, since you don't see very many cars like mine driving around VA ;) Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge, VA, have just EARNED themselves a repeat customer. I genuinely cannot imagine working with any other dealer in this country other than Dedin and J.R. I cannot stress this enough: if you see a car you like Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge's inventory, DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY IT!!! You will be receiving much more than a great car and a great deal... A great experience. And anyone who has ever purchased a car will tell you, this is something that is truly underappreciated. It's worth mentioning that (at the time of this email 10/15/22), they are in the process of building a gorgeous new building... In the meantime, the sales floor is hectic and frustrating. This, however, is overpowered by the amount of attentiveness that J.R. and Dedin gave me during my time in Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge. Even though it was a busy Saturday, J.R. and Dedin gave me their full and utmost attention during this major purchase. But needless to say, once this building is built, they will be running the auto industry. Prepare to see more Hyundai's on the road!! And just simply because this was very important to me when I was doing research prior to purchasing, I feel the need to say this... I am not an Employee, or being sponsored by Koons Hyundai to write this. I was not pressured or forced to write this. I don't write reviews often. But, I felt it's important to reassure anyone that you can TRUST KOONS HYUNDAI IN WOODBRIDGE to have your best interest in mind. Their sales, service and finance (I already had my own financing but the worked hard to get me a better deal) team went above and beyond. The salesman (Andre) made us feel like we we're his highest priority during and after the sales process. The car I decided on was a recent arrival and they made sure it was thoroughly inspected and in absolute perfect condition. Even little things were corrected (there was a small crack in one of the lenses and they replaced it, one tire was new so the replaced the other three so they were all even. This was done after the sale). They take pride to ensure the car was as close to show room perfect as a used car can be. While the post purchase correction were being made Andre, the salesman took the wife and I to a local mall and picked us up when the car was ready. I HIGHLY recommend Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge. I will not buy another car from anywhere else. More

Google this fee and you will see its a very shady business practice. We walked away, but my advice is not to walk in the front door of an institution like this. More
