I have no problem with the dealership, but no real experience with it outside of the car buying process. I worked with Mohamad, who was very good, professional, and worked hard to answer all my questi experience with it outside of the car buying process. **A Complete Nightmare – Stay Far Away from Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge, VA!** I cannot express enough how **disastrous** my experience was at Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge, VA. This dealership operates wit in Woodbridge, VA!** I cannot express enough how **disastrous** my experience was at Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge, VA. This dealership operates with such **unprofessionalism** and **dishonesty** that I genuinely feel like I was taken advantage of. I went in to purchase a **2023 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL**, specifically looking for a **Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)** vehicle. I was **repeatedly assured by the sales associate, Reggie**, that the car I was interested in was indeed a CPO car. Reggie told me multiple times that it had passed all inspections and that I’d be getting the benefits of a certified pre-owned vehicle. This was a key factor in my decision to purchase the car, especially since I was relying on the peace of mind that comes with a CPO vehicle. Fast forward to the day of delivery – after **signing the papers, going through financing, and even having my credit run**, they drop the bombshell: the car is **NOT CPO**. I was **absolutely livid**. How could they wait until everything was finalized to inform me of this? It was blatant **misrepresentation** of the product they were selling, and I felt completely **misled** and taken for a fool. What made this even worse is that **my pregnant wife was with me the entire time**, and we were both dealing with this circus. It was beyond frustrating, and the fact that they didn’t care about the **stress and inconvenience** they were causing—especially with my wife being pregnant—only made the whole situation that much more infuriating. But the chaos didn’t stop there. There was so much **confusion** between the sales team and the financing team. No one seemed to be on the same page, and I was stuck in the middle of it, wasting my time and feeling like I was getting the runaround. It was obvious to me that this dealership doesn’t have their act together. To make matters even worse, **Koons Hyundai misplaced the keys** to the vehicle I was trading in, forcing me to return the very next day just to retrieve them. Again, no apology, no explanation—just an embarrassing level of incompetence. I hold **Reggie** and **Carlo**, the Used Car Sales Manager, directly responsible for this entire fiasco. Reggie was the one who repeatedly **lied to me** about the CPO status of the car, despite knowing full well that it wasn’t, and **Carlo**, as the manager, allowed these deceitful practices to continue. It’s clear that the sales team under his watch was either unaware of or simply didn’t care about the **fraudulent misrepresentation** happening. They were hoping I wouldn’t catch on, and the entire situation reeked of dishonesty. This type of **fraudulent behavior** and **unorganized chaos** should never be tolerated, and I’m convinced Koons Hyundai is relying on customers not being savvy enough to spot these schemes. To anyone considering buying a car here, **beware**. Their tactics are deceitful, their management is unorganized, and they have zero respect for their customers. This is not a dealership you can trust. I would **highly recommend looking elsewhere**—you deserve better than the headache and frustration that Koons Hyundai will inevitably bring. More

When I saw the car in person it was exactly as advertised...A+++. Great condition and prepped well for delivery. The team went above and beyond...Jordan, Lloyd, Stewart, Kelly and Herbie all chipped in to ensure I was satisfied. I appreciate all of their efforts. Only small delay was through the Finance Office after the deal was complete but overall no complaints. Thanks for a great buying experience. More
After communicating with the dealer for a few weeks via phone, text, and email, I had an appointment on a Sunday to close the deal. On Friday and Saturday, I got emails from Dan A. and the Sales Mgr confirming my appt. I responded that I would be there. I then asked if I could come Saturday afternoon instead. It was only then that Daniel confirmed that the car had been sold. I guess if I hadn’t asked for an earlier appointment I would have driven two hours for nothing. They then had the nerve to try to sell me on a different vehicle. I have 20 years of auto lending experience in banks, credit unions, and GMAC. Never before have I encountered such a disreputable dealer. More
