Service department (Terrell) provided exceptional customer service! He presented accurate details on repairs needed and the estimated time required for those repairs to be properly completed; he kep customer service! He presented accurate details on repairs needed and the estimated time required for those repairs to be properly completed; he kept his promise for maintaining contact with me on the status, and, there were NO surprises to the final bill (which has not always been my experience with other service providers). Many thanks to him and to the technicians who repaired my car! This is the 3rd of 3 visits to Koons - where I’ve experienced outstanding customer service each time! More
Skyler Hillard in the retail parts department is incompetent at her job. Was there yesterday looking for a E-Series plastic rear cargo door opener and license plate holder. It's been the same opener incompetent at her job. Was there yesterday looking for a E-Series plastic rear cargo door opener and license plate holder. It's been the same opener for over twenty plus years. Skyler looks at me and says she's unable to look it up without a VIN number. I inform her that it's a common part. I asked if anyone else working there if they were smart enough to look it up for me. Then the unthinkable happens. She looses it. Tells me she's done with me. Finally her manager comes out and he's no better than her. After a few words of disagreement. I was left with the feeling none of these folks are capable of performing their work at a satisfactory level. There are other ways to look up parts customers are requiring, not just by a VIN number. So in the future we will be looking for a more experienced and capable company to work with. More

I tried for 6 months to get my extended warrantee refunded after selling my car with 5 years and 50,000 miles left on the warrantee. Koons Ford of Woodbridge was very anxious to sell me a 2018 Jeep G refunded after selling my car with 5 years and 50,000 miles left on the warrantee. Koons Ford of Woodbridge was very anxious to sell me a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with warrantee. But no response after many calls and emails to get the refund. Terrible service. More
