If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealer is by far the most atrocious dealer in Woodbridge at least. They sell you faulty/dangerous/overpriced vehicles take ages to take your veh This dealer is by far the most atrocious dealer in Woodbridge at least. They sell you faulty/dangerous/overpriced vehicles take ages to take your vehicle for repair, keep it for months and months with 0 communication and decide to do repairs to your vehicle you were not having problems with and don’t even ask you if they could do it. Their general Manager Mr. Jad Kadili, is lier! Who is used to threatening their clients and ripping people off! I have a claim with attorney general of Virginia and am in the process of suing them. If anyone has experienced what I was mentioning above, please feel free to reach out and we can all have a lawsuit against them. More

Called morning of and told lots of openings so took 9:30 for emissions and key battery. Hector said 30 mins max and i could wait. Couple hours went by, people came and went after me and about two hours pass for emissions and key battery. Hector said 30 mins max and i could wait. Couple hours went by, people came and went after me and about two hours passed. Had to cancel doctor apptment. Finally found Hector and he said he had been too busy to get back there to check. So i walked with him back to his desk. He said i was on the bay amd next and take 8 mins at most. Made me go back to waiting area. After another 20 mins went by so went looking for him once again. To which he said oh guess it should be ready. He completely ignored me. I will NEVER accept Hector as an advisor again 🤬. He is either too busy or simply can’t handle his job. Wasted an entire morning for a simple service. I was headed to a service station for inspection when the low key battery message showed and led to believe i would be in and out at the dealer. i asked about when next oil change due or other maintenance and he said message will tell me ! HORRIBLE service. I believe car had been ready because it was parked way up in the lot and had to walk around searching for it on a sore foot More
