I don’t think I could say it any better than this: I just happened to stop by late one night after coming back from the post office nearby. It was about 8:50 pm. I didn’t even know y’all were open that late. I was just looking at cars when Zee H came up to me and asked if I needed any help. He showed me around the various new cars I was interested in: Explorer, Edge, Escape. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. There was a Bronco Sport with the Eruption Green color in the show which was waiting to be picked up. We drove the Explorer and looked at other Edges, Escapes and Sports y’all had. We went back to his desk and really looked at all the differences, options and trims of the various models. Even your Sales Manager Adam stopped by to help. He also was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was there to 1040 pm, but never felt rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. As both of them said, “we want to get you in the right car for you and one you will be happy with.” This lead me to stop by many times after that, when I had time after work, usually later in the evening, to look at vehicles and go over and try to weigh in on what I really wanted. They even traded with another dealer for another Explorer XLT I was interested in. One night I was able to come in and test drive that Explorer, an Edge and a Sport. The even let me take home the Explorer because I was concerned whether it would fit into my garage. They had given me the dimensions of all those models and even my current vehicle a 2012 Mustang convertible. The Explorer was a very tight fit, but if I moved some shelving there would not be a problem. I even had help from Zee’s brother Yosef when it came to test driving the different models. This really helped me narrow down my choice to either the Ford Explorer XLT or the Bronco Sport Outer Banks. We talked about the costs of each vehicle, rebates, incentives, military appreciation, Cilajet protection, Extended Warranty, and pre paid Maintenance plan, and how long each was good for and all that was covered. Once again, they all (Zee, Adam and Yosef), but mainly Zee, “we want to get you into the right fitting car, model, trim and accessories. After coming back all those times and still being treated with care, respect, no pressure, even looking at my damaged Mustang for a possible trade in (and being told honestly about it) I decided to go with the Bronco Sport OuterBanks with the Eruption Green paint. The one which had been there, was finally being picked up by that customer . That’s when I found out the car they had traded the Explorer for had been another Sport just liked that. Zee and Adam worked with me about what did I really want on that model. They showed me the listings of 3 Bronco Sports OuterBanks with 3 different prices and options. I liked the middle model because there were some options on the high one I didn’t need. They said they were check to see if they could get one closest to what I preferred. They even asked if it was a choice between the Tech package and the Moon roof, which one would I prefer. I let them know it was the Moon roof. They contacted me the next day and let me know they had found the exact one I was looking for. Funny part here, the model/trim/color/options/accessories I was looking for was the car they had traded to get the Explorer I had been inquiring about. They worked quickly to get it down there that night and set up an appointment with Lee in financing to go over the process of buying, financing, options, gap insurance and everything and anything else needed. Lee was just as great at his job as Zee, Adam and Yosef had been at theirs. Lee made sure I understood all the different financing options, rates, length of time, overall costs, monthly payments, using Ford Credit app and went over all the electronic paperwork thoroughly and completely before I decided and signed anything. I felt he worked with me the best plan that fit me to a “T” and we were able to finish the electronic paperwork smoothly and receive it all on a thumb drive. He did make sure I had hard copies of the brochures of the different options and plans I had chosen. Even, everyone else, when I was in your place were friendly and courteous, and were not connected in anyway with me buying a car. Zee personally delivered the Bronco Sport to my house after all the treatments were completed to it. He went over all the features, made sure I was comfortable and understood how everything worked. He helped me set up the remote start with my phone and how to connect my phone to the car and use all those features as well. The car looked great. I love the color, the drive the options, the trim, the style, just everything about it. My neighbors have been over to look at it and commented how great it looks. I have been back to your Parts Department to order rubber matts for all the flooring. They had the set of four for the floors in front of the seats, but had to order the cargo area matt. The two women there were just as great as everyone else. I’m waiting for the cargo matt to come in, which the Parts Department said they would let me know. While there I stopped to see Zee and Adam and they were able to help me with finding a shorter antenna, because I’m afraid the current length might get caught in the inside door handle of my garage door when it is up and I’m backing out. They also confirmed the noise I heard after turning the car off was a fan motor winding down. So, your sales people are great, it’s not like they are “Sell a car and then forget the buyer!!” They are still very helpful, professional, friendly and great as they have been through out this whole process!!!
