Everyone was professional, friendly, very helpful, understanding and keeping me at ease. They showed me and demonstrated all the cars, the options , colors, the differences, why one costs more than another. They let me drive an Explorer twice and an Edge and Bronco Sport Out Banks once. This really helped me narrow down my choices. They explained all the special treatments liked Cilajet, Extended warranty and even the maintenance plan. Your team even transferred one car with another dealership, so I could view the Explorer I was interested in. When I finally made my final choice, your team went back to that same dealership and traded back the Explorer for the Bronco Sport, which they had originally exchanged. Your financier explained everything to me, answered all my questions, calculated many of the different interests rates versus how long to finance, whether to use the rebate or take the lesser interest rate, the triple plan, extended warranty and maintenance plan, and the costs associated with each and what that would do to my monthly payment. Your team was great with getting the car licensed and tagged, delivering it to me and Zee going over everything with me, with the car, my phone, setting everything up, and answering my questions. He had help from Yosef, Adam and Lee in finance!!! But it was all Zee, from day one, or I should say night one, since they stayed there with me that first night till 1030pm. I’ve been a Ford man all my life. This is only the 5th car in my life. If it wasn’t for two totaled accidents, I would probably still be on number 3!!! I am looking forward to driving this Bronco Sport every day, on weekends, and fun long drive's. Thank you very much and a big “JOB WELL DONE!!!” More

The Service Rep, was rude when I complained about something that my truck was doing that it wasn't doing before. No accountability for mistakes on dealers part.
