Did not do the work I paid for I dropped my F150 off on a scheduled Friday 6 September 2019 @0930 appointment for a "Works" oil change/tire rotation, inspection package. I also ask I dropped my F150 off on a scheduled Friday 6 September 2019 @0930 appointment for a "Works" oil change/tire rotation, inspection package. I also asked them to check my TPS system as my tire pressure warning comes on after 30-45 minutes of driving. I told them I would pick it up Saturday morning. When I called Saturday morning to see what they found on the TPS so I could plan for the expense, I found out they had not even started on the truck yet! They were unable to find anything with my TPS system and said they "retrained" it. Tonight the warning came on as soon as I started the truck. Cannot complain about that though since they did not bill me for that. My concern is that the tires WERE NOT rotated, and that was fairly obvious. There are marks on the sidewalls of the left tires where I got too close to a curb. The marks are in the exact same place!!! I paid for a tire rotation and oil change. Since it is obvious they did not rotate the tires and billed me for it, I have to wonder what else they claimed they did and then did not do. I think I will check my dipstick to make sure the oil at least was changed. Will not be going back there and will pursue legal action if anything happens to my engine. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of telling me they did something when clearly they did not!!! Unfortunately this is not the first time something like this has happened at Cowles Ford in Woodbridge, but it will definitely be the last. The paperwork only gave the name of the service manager, it does not give the name of the person that claims to have done the work. More

My poor Crown Vic Poor communication from dealer for a safety recall for my headlights. Lights malfunctioned on way home, and steering not working when turning. I’m afraid the car is not safe to return to the dealer to have it evaluated. More

Robert the service writer was accommodating and knowledgeable. He explained the processes and how long the work would take. The technician, Tyler was an excellent source of knowledge; he very quickly discovered a worn tie-rod end. After replacing the tie rod end he aligned my vehicle. It rides great. And, goes down the highway like new! More

Found access cover barely on once and they left it off the second time. Didn’t rotate my tires causing premature were on a brand new vehicle with only 32k miles. Service manager told told me he disagrees, because tire cupping is primary sign of not rotating tires. Couldn’t be further from the truth. He either lied to my face, or doesn’t know the basics. I’ll let you decide. Can’t be trusted. Avoid at all costs. My problem continued despite me reminding them of the previous poor service before they even started. . Ford should revoke its contract with them permanently. More

I wished, however, they had told me from the beginning that the title would not be available for 10 days. This way, I was aware that I needed to wait for the time it took for the Bank of America Cashier's check to be verified at it written and deposited. They didn't say this to me but I was able to figure it that was their goal. All in All the experienced was good and I would recommend this dealership to anyone including my family and friends.
