Somehow, my taillight of my new F-150 had been broken. I went to the Cowles’s part department and the woman behind the desk, assured me the part was available. Used to be better Since the personnel turned over in the service department I don't have the confidence that I'm being advised fairly about work that needs to be done o Since the personnel turned over in the service department I don't have the confidence that I'm being advised fairly about work that needs to be done on my car. My car failed inspection last Saturday and I was oversold about what needed to be replaced. When I came in the following Thursday for the necessary repairs, Michael who was wonderful and very helpful to me, straightened out the issue and only ordered what the car needed and not what the guy on Saturday tried to get me to agree to. Another issue is trying to get someone on the phone when you call in. I had to call 4 or 5 times for a shuttle ride after getting voicemail or being transferred by a disinterested receptionist. When paying the bill I noticed that they tried to charge me again for inspection which I caught before I paid. More
