Lindsey is extremely great and easy to work with and I would highly recommend her to assist you for your next Ford purchase, I gave her 5 stars. I gave the price only 4 stars, because of all of the extras that they push on you when you go through the finance department. Leave room for the extra 3 year warranty and Gap insurance. Also, I was pre-approved through my bank, however I still needed to fill-out all of the Ford financial paperwork, which I thought was redundant and a complete waste of my time. More

Bought a new expedition max Platinum at list price $72k+. Customer Service Lacking As someone serving overseas, the ability to talk out the door numbers prior to arriving in the states was critical. I did finally get the data, but i As someone serving overseas, the ability to talk out the door numbers prior to arriving in the states was critical. I did finally get the data, but it took a serious effort. I kept getting contacted by different salesmen and all wanted to start at the beginning and didn’t really seemed concerned whether they received my business. Upon arriving at the dealership to look at a specific truck, I met with yet another sales associate. I went in knowing I was going to buy a specific truck based on a specific package hard to find so it should have been the easiest sell and way to root loyalty. However, the dealership appeared more concerned about their dealer rating than they did developing any sort of customer loyalty. The salesman bullied us in to showing us the dealership without even knowing whether we planned on using the dealership for service or asking if it would be of benefit. Going in to the four hour car buying process, other dealers at least offered us a beverage or showed a little hospitality; this dealer did not and as mentioned, was only concerned about selling me the car and not earning my loyalty. At the end, the salesman has the audacity to tell me any less than a five star rating takes money out of his pocket. I don’t want anyone to be penalized, but this was the same pitch the salesman used when we tried to negotiate the price. Even after mentioning, I received no less than three emails from the salesman talking about the rating and talking about the doom and gloom. One was after I spent the day trying to get in touch with people at the dealership to finalize the deal. Before leaving with the car, the sales manager also felt compelled to introduce himself and one again, pitch the rating in the review. You would think the sales manager would have shown up after we agreed to buy a $60k vehicle and not right before we left-yet one more example on a complete lack of focus on the customer. Bottom line is Ford quality will sell the cars and trucks, the dealer is the customer service interface for these sales and this dealer was average at best during our latest buying experience. If we decide to take our vehicle there for service, we’ll see if their service department is any better than their sales department. More
Service Work on 2008 Escape I brought in my 2008 Escape for Oil Change but also noted we had an odd sound & that the tire pressure sensor was on. They found that both from wheel bearings needed to be replaced and also that my brakes needed to be replaced as well as the two front tier pressure sensors. Major work but they were right on it finding the problems and continued to keep me abreast of the work during the day and finished the work in one day. Matt McCoy went out of his way to help me with the cost in any way he could, keeping me posted on what was happening and was beyond courteous. I hope that he continues to be our rep at Cowles Ford. He is vey much a cut above. More
