They are just straight-forward people who let the car sell itself. They don't try to talk you into a more expensive one, they just walk you around to pick out what you want and then they workup the price. If you have a trade-in they seem to be fair about it. In the past their trade-in offer was the same or close to Car-Max. The paperwork is totally automated so signing all of that is relative speedy. You go home in it. I think I got a good price; who ever really knows? More

Worst sales experience ever!!! I bought a Ford ST Explorer from this dealership black Friday. It was sold to me by Lyndsey Stowell. What a horrible sales experience. The vehicle had to be jump-started and left to run for 30 minutes. The car was sold to me dirty and she never went over the vehicle with me. Sent me a picture which was how to download the ford app. I told me to google it. They were giving away Yeti coolers that day when you bought one of the vehicles off the lot. I got an empty box! No cooler inside. My vehicle has been in the shop twice now since I have bought it from that dealership. Both times it had to be towed in. I called and asked over 65 times to speak to someone at Cowles sales to fix my issues but never get any calls back from this dealership. Poor customer service. I bought 5 other vehicles from them in the past but this was the worst experience I ever had. Buying a vehicle should be fun and you should leave excited. Neither one of those things happen. My salesperson went on and on how she almost died trying to jump-start a vehicle and that she is going to school for the skin. I tried before I left after buying my vehicle to have her show me the car, but she stated it is black Friday and I need to make my sales and I have another customer at my desk. I didn't even want her to sell me another vehicle. The last one she pushed on me was horrible. I was there to see another salesperson but she took the sale from him. More
