We were offered $750.00 for our Texas Ranch F150 that was purchased there. Our license was lost. The tonneau was not ordered. It took 8 hours to install a tonneau that takes 15 minutes to install. The Sales Manager Araz Akrawi was extremely rude and not helpful. Finally after leaving a with the GM, Adam Dunn, no one even called back. I can not in good conscience recommend this dealer due to the lack of concern for their customers and lack of ethics. Like I indicated this is our second high end truck purchased from this dealership (a Texas Ranch and a King Ranch) and no one from management returned any of our calls. More

Dishonest Used Car Manager Signed a deal for a used Escape. Went home and saw the same vehicle advertised for $300 less on Cowles' website. I took a screenshot and emailed it Signed a deal for a used Escape. Went home and saw the same vehicle advertised for $300 less on Cowles' website. I took a screenshot and emailed it to Cowles and talked to the used car manager. He categorically denied that anyone at Cowles lowered the price by $300 online--they took the car off the website by then. I said the screenshot proved it. He then accused me of fraudulently altering the screenshot to get a lower price. Later that day I saw the same car advertised on Cowles' Facebook page--again for the $300 lower price that the used car sales manager denied existed. I left a voice message for the General Manager, but he never called me. We cancelled the deal. I have been a 20 year resident of Woodbridge and have dealt with Cowles on four occasions and they have yet to earn to earn a penny of my money. However, this was the first time it was blatant dishonesty and then accusing us of dishonesty. We liked the salesman--it was the used car manager that was the problem. More

Low Pressure and Easy Going I have bought three new cars here, and there is no arguing, shaming or any of the other petty things I have encountered at other dealers. They are ju I have bought three new cars here, and there is no arguing, shaming or any of the other petty things I have encountered at other dealers. They are just straight-forward people who let the car sell itself. They don't try to talk you into a more expensive one, they just walk you around to pick out what you want and then they workup the price. If you have a trade-in they seem to be fair about it. In the past their trade-in offer was the same or close to Car-Max. The paperwork is totally automated so signing all of that is relative speedy. You go home in it. I think I got a good price; who ever really knows? More
