Esmeralda; the internet sales person was also great in touching base with me periodically to see how she could help in my search for a new vehicle prior to my appointment with Brian. Brian; the sales manager was easy to work with as well. I am quite the haggler, so he joined Brian Haynesworth and together we were able to come to a price we could all find acceptable. Highly recommend Cowles and will be back at some point when I purchase my next truck.
