Worst experience with a dealer I’ve ever had. If you can put up with crazy levels of BS you may get the vehicle you want at a good price. I did, but I would not go through it again. Took 2 days for someone to contact me about coming to look at the vehicle. First step in the door they inspected my truck for trade and took $1500 off the trade number they gave me for a taillight bulb out. I knew this was BS because the truck had a horrible timing chain slap and they didn’t hear it. vehicles not ready for sale. Tailgate wouldn’t open, power steps stuck, recall work not addressed, accessory bed hooks missing (under back seat) spare key missing (in glove box) then they try to add a $1000 fee to inspect the vehicle before sale which they are required by law to do anyways and obviously didn’t. Vehicle passed inspection with illegal tint which I had to handle on my own when I took it in for inspection in my state. finance department try’s to pull fast ones. will not accept out of state bank check, then can only do about 13% interest trying to get the money back they took off to get you in the door. The more of the extras you decline the higher the interest goes. Service department very questionable (advisor was very nice) They couldn’t fix the stuck steps, said it needed $3000 new steps. I had them take $1500 off the price and fixed them with spray lubricant at home. They agreed in contract to fix the tailgate, so I scheduled a service and drove 3 hours to find they didn’t have the part in stock. Eventually they located one. Took 3 months to get a license plate. I had to get Ford corporate involved just to get Koons to respond to me after sale. The job was reassigned to Joselyn Hernandez who handled it right away (thank you Joselyn) I would avoid at all cost, even if the vehicle is priced way below market like mine was, it’s just not worth the 9 hours in the dealer and 3 month prolonged headache following. Paid $20k markup on a new 2021 Bronco. During the transaction we decided to order the all weather floor mats and it cost us an additional $300+. It's been almost a month and have been given the Runa transaction we decided to order the all weather floor mats and it cost us an additional $300+. It's been almost a month and have been given the Runaround every time I call. Last person I talked to said they were never even ordered (20 days later!) and was supposed to call me back days ago. Still nothing. Not to mention see found a chip in the drivers side window where the lot security device was, never got the regular carpet rear floor mats, and our sales person didn't take even 2 minutes to show us the features on the bronco we had just paid $57k for. STAY AWAY! More

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Had to get Lincoln corporate involved to actually get the work done on a computer problem. Asked to have vehicle checked before going on 3,000-mile round trip. They didn't check ANYTHING ... found out from Jiffy Lube that air filter was filthy dirty, needed oil/filter change, and tire pressures were low. I can't think of a service department that cares/does LESS than Koons Woodbridge Ford. More

The service department said they changed all four wheel hubs and billed Ford under warranty. The hubs were never changed. It took me 3 months to prove to Ford and the dealership that the service had not be hubs and billed Ford under warranty. The hubs were never changed. It took me 3 months to prove to Ford and the dealership that the service had not been completed. In the meantime, I had to drive with potentially dangerous hubs. Ford eventually paid to replace the hubs. I had the work done at a different dealership and would never go back to Cowles for service. The service manager and general manager were rude up until the day I proved them wrong!! More

So I was there on 9/27 night to buy a vehicle. I filled out the credit application with my wife as co-signer online. I have told these guys at dealership run the credit first to know the interest rate, etc out the credit application with my wife as co-signer online. An hr passed by, they said my wife credit report is locked and needed to get unlocked. if they were to do what i asked them - run credit first, i would have not wasted 2 hrs of my life. so people, don't buy from this dealership cause they don't see customers value and important first. More
