Soloman Belay very rude finance director . He first said commercial loans need warranty and gap. Which this is a lie. He also made a new sales agreement that I needed to sign. He waited until the account was finance by the bank. Reason he did this is to get warranty finance which I had denied. The new agreement had the warranty I told him I did not want. He said If I did not sign I wouldn’t get my xxxxing tags and to get the xxxx out of his office. He told me I barely qualify and that my credit is xxxx. I hope you guys have cameras to see how treated me as a customer

I stick with Cowles service department after purchasing my certified used Ford F-150 back on March 1, 2017. The service and staff are just great, 5 stars YES. But their extended service plan SUCKS. RIP off More
