The service department said they changed all four wheel hubs and billed Ford under warranty. The hubs were never changed. It took me 3 months to prove to Ford and the dealership that the service had not be hubs and billed Ford under warranty. The hubs were never changed. Ford eventually paid to replace the hubs. I had the work done at a different dealership and would never go back to Cowles for service. The service manager and general manager were rude up until the day I proved them wrong!! More
So I was there on 9/27 night to buy a vehicle. I filled out the credit application with my wife as co-signer online. An hr passed by, they said my wife credit report is locked and needed to get unlocked. if they were to do what i asked them - run credit first, i would have not wasted 2 hrs of my life. so people, don't buy from this dealership cause they don't see customers value and important first. Soloman Belay very rude finance director . He first said commercial loans need warranty and gap. Which this is a lie. He also made a new sales agreement that I needed to sign. I know that I bought a 2010 F-150 and everything will not be discovered on the vehicle at first sight. When i arrived home with the vehicle and went over it. I noticed that it had 4 cracks in the wind shie be discovered on the vehicle at first sight. When i arrived home with the vehicle and went over it. I noticed that it had 4 cracks in the wind shield and the front left drivers side tire had a slit in it and can pop at anytime. I notified my sales rep. of the things that i have found and he advised me that the main crack in the wind shield was done when he was driving the vehicle up to drop it off to me. The sales rep. advised me that he informed his manager of the items that was found and he came back with the answer of Sorry Mr. Potts, but my manager advised me that it was nothing that they could do to help me. It's really making me upset about the out come because if they cannot help me on the little small issue as of this that wasn't my fought at all. How can I trust this company of anything else or send any of my people there. More
