Jeffery was my latest salesman, and was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable of all the different car models and which ones wold suit us the best. After we settled on what we wanted, he found the specific car that fit us best and after a detailed description, we arrived at a price and moved on to the mound of paperwork required these days to buy a car. Luckily, Koons has gone totally paper-free and Bill, the business manager took us through all of it in a short time. Even then the Sales Manager made sure we got some of the pizza Koons had purchased. I totally credit Jeffery and his jovial mood for arranging all of this smooth process. If you want to buy a car that is the opposite of all the bad stories you have probably heard about buying a car, this is the place to go. More
We recently purchased a used 2018 Ford F150 XLT. The sales portion of the deal was handled well however we are not impressed with the service department and our request for follow up assistance has The sales portion of the deal was handled well however we are not impressed with the service department and our request for follow up assistance has been ignored. The vehicle had a flat tire and the wheels needed balancing before we took delivery. The tire was reinflated and we were told that there was no problem. Turns out that the wheel is corroded and will not hold air. When we arrived home in New Jersey we discovered a missing lug nut which was not missing before the wheels were balanced. Our requests for a replacement lug nut have been ignored. Evidently once a sale is made they don't want to hear from you again. More

Overall it was a great experience and the recall work was done well. My only nit is that the time took longer due to the need to get parts from off site and I would have appreciated a text, email or call to done well. I had an issue with getting the title to my new Ford Explorer squared away and Curtis Graves got it taken care of the same day. I first visited this dealership when it was Cowles. I wondered if it would be as pleasant an experience now that it was Koons. A flat tire gave me an unscheduled opportunity to find out. The staff was very pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. I very much appreciated working with Sachin Ramjoo. The dealership was clean and inviting. I actually got some work done while I was waiting! I will definitely be returning for my routine maintenance. More
After providing a diagnostic code, they charged me $160 anyway. They quoted the job at $760 and apparently inspected my car beyond what I asked because they asked for another $300 for an unrelated service. anyway. I declined the work and found an auto shop that completed the initial job for only 280. They also only charged $100 for the diagnostic and then waived it when I had the work done. While I understand how the diagnostic fees work, the dealership charges $60 more for the same service. Thieves. I will not return to this dealership for mechanics or for a car purchase. I will advise everyone I know not to use this dealership. More
