Ronny Valdez was a great, relaxed knowledgeable salesman and felt confident on buying a vehicle from him. We started with internet viewing and then Ronny took additional photos to reassure me of what I want and felt confident on buying a vehicle from him. Told him I could be there in a couple of days to look at (live three hours away) scheduled a meet and truck looked beautiful, clean and ready for a test drive. Ronny was better in person! Felt he was there for me. Purchased vehicle and had excellent financial rep in Mohamed Abdelrazek. Didn’t need financing but reviewed options and offered additional coverage and accepted my decisions without pressure. I would have no problem purchasing another car from Ronny and working with Mohamed again. More

Be careful, your about to get screwed! I bought a used 2018 f150 10/28/2022. Drove the truck off the lot around 6pm. Check engine light came on in less than 24 hours. Po420 and Po430 c I bought a used 2018 f150 10/28/2022. Drove the truck off the lot around 6pm. Check engine light came on in less than 24 hours. Po420 and Po430 codes. BOTH cat converters were bad! I accused them of clearing the codes to sell it and I stand by my accusation! There is about a zero chance they didn’t know about it and both converters went bad at the exact same time. After several days and speaking to many different people I decided to take it to a dealer closer to me, as it was covered by Fords warranty and a TSB. Cat Converters are on back order with no idea when they will be in. No loaner car available. I have owned the truck for a month next week and haven’t been able to use it yet! They will smile and be nice while your getting stabbed in the back! Today I received a bill for an extended warranty that I specifically turned down. Someone in that dealership fraudulently signed me up for it after I said NO. When I spoke to the manager he said he remembered me denying it and that it was fraud and I should just ignore it. I called the billing company and they said it was set up by Koons Ford of Woodbridge. Conclusion to this problem is still unknown! I’d like to say use another dealer but I’m not sure they would be any better. My experience has not been good! Bad service and outright fraud. Shop at your own risk…… More
