But really 5 stars goes to routine maintenance and service: quick, easy to schedule, friendly, not pushing added features. In current cold weather, particularly appreciated the nice no cost wash job. Will deal with again, certainly for service, and for new purchase (possible GMC truck) when the time comes. More

Lies, lies, lies, and more lies. .. Buyer beware. The finance manager, someone you should be able to trust, is a liar. The Sales Manager, another you'd like to think you could tr .. Buyer beware. The finance manager, someone you should be able to trust, is a liar. The Sales Manager, another you'd like to think you could trust, is a liar as well. My girlfriend and I went to shop a Jeep Wrangler at this dealership on Sunday 12/11/22 and she decided she liked it. We were open to seeing what interest rates the dealership could offer, but she wanted to be sure she could get a rate quote from her credit union which was closed. When this was relayed to the sales manager, he agreed we could take a loan out with them, and if we found a better rate with her credit union tomorrow, they would accept a check paying the loan balance off in-full. The finance manager also told us the rate the credit union was pending at was in the 7%'s. When we went to her credit union, they quoted her 5.99% which is 1.5% lower than the rate the dealership got her at 7.49%. We called less than 24 hours later on Monday, and they said sorry we can't accept the check to pay-off the loan now you have to deal with the bank directly. This wasn't what they agreed to yesterday. The finance manager is the worst of the liars. He told the sales manager we didn't plan on shopping the rate tomorrow (lie) we agreed to just go with their funding source (lie), and because of this the loan is active and the dealership can't take her lump sum payment from her credit union. Bottom line is I would NEVER finance from this dealership. Scott Cook, the finance manager is bold-faced liar whose ego is too big to lose a deal. If they let us bring the lump-sum payment to the dealership, the loan never exists and is wiped out. By lying to the customer and then making them go through the bank to inconvenience them too, the loan is on the books, and it looks like the dealership closed a loan with one of their lenders. Nice job Scott. NEVER USE THIS GUY. More
Beware of the Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC. This is a very shady dealership. I believe they intentionally sold me a faulty vehicle to move it off their lot. On Sunday, November 20th, 2022 I purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Buick Envision with 24,000 miles. The first time I started the car, the very next day, the check engine light came on. On Tuesday, November 22nd, I took the car back to the dealership where the service technician diagnosed the issue as a faulty purge valve and vent solenoid. I also demanded that they check the engine battery which they determined to be in need of replacement. I was told that the certified examination before the sale used a less reliable method of testing the car battery. My suspicion is that the dealership cleared all the warning codes before the sale and that the so-called certified checklist was not conducted in a satisfactory manner. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the vehicle and my anxiety that this may be the first sign of a continuous flow of problems the entire management staff was condescending and unsympathetic - from the sales managers to the so-called customer representative. They offered no explanations other than "parts breakdown" and offered no resolution to my anxiety about this specific vehicle. It seems that everyone had memorized the dealer script and rhetoric and repeated the same talking points over and over again. Their only solution was to trade the car in for a different one from that lot - even though they did not have a similar vehicle that met my feature and price parameters. They implied that it was our fault and "too bad" that we couldn't afford a more expensive model. We suggested several solutions, such as extending the exchange period for a certain amount of time in order to see if other warning signs emerged in the near future. We also suggested upgrading the extended warranty to help alleviate my concerns about the vehicle. No dice. We also suggested reducing the price slightly for other vehicles that provided similar features as the Envision or allowing us to select a vehicle from a different Koons Woodbridge dealership. Not a chance. Beware. More

Sales people harass people who are there for an ungodly amount of time to get their car repaired. Staff and mechanics more concerned with eating. Woman who takes care of statements...very rude.
