I just bought a used Ford Raptor from sales person Rebecca Wilson. She worked very hard to show me many options until I decided on the Ford. I was deciding between a model out of state and this o Rebecca Wilson. She worked very hard to show me many options until I decided on the Ford. I was deciding between a model out of state and this one. The other dealership refused to bargain and worse wouldn’t fix some minor body damage. They tried to add on a bunch of ridiculous fees. But Koons did none of that. They told me what they could do on price and gave me an out the door price. The other dealership treated me in a condescending manner. The people at Koons were across the board friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership. Both Rebecca and her manager Scott were fantastic and very helpful. More

Worst car buying experience ever. I was told they had a vehicle and when I showed up they had already sold it. They pressured me to try and buy and I get very uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend this dealer vehicle and when I showed up they had already sold it. I HATE CAR SHOPPING!!!!!!!! I realized...I officially hate car shopping. I hate haggling! I hate spending HOURS trying to find a deal only to walk out of the dealership KNOWING I I realized...I officially hate car shopping. I hate haggling! I hate spending HOURS trying to find a deal only to walk out of the dealership KNOWING I need a car but feeling like I am being charged my firstborn for a car...Then I met Buddy Price at Koons Chevrolet and I have recommended multiple people that were car shopping to come here the same day I drove home in my new car. IF...you don't feel like haggling...IF you don't feel like going to 20 dealerships...IF you would love transparency and feel like you can just put all of your cards on the table and dealership can work with you...Go see Buddy Price @ Koons Auto. Gordon did an outstanding job helping me find what I needed. I looked everywhere and I must say, save your time and go to koons you won't need to go elsewhere. The salesmen and women were'nt your typical shove a vehicle down your throat type, they genuinely want to know your interests so you can leave there with what exactly you were looking for. Honestly everyone here is super nice and treat you like a helping neighbor...side note, you won't be attacked the second you walk on their lot already cramming numbers and stats in your head as if car shopping isn't stressful enough. Trust me...go to Koons! And if at Koons of White Marsh...ask for Gordon...your welcome ahead of time. More
