Please stay away they act like they care until you buy the vehicle then they do everything they can not to help it took almost 2 months to get my paper work from them then they said that the problem I had the vehicle then they do everything they can not to help it took almost 2 months to get my paper work from them then they said that the problem I had couldn’t be fixed because the paper work said it only covered it for 30 days and told me to look at the paper work when they realized they didn’t send it to me they said they would over night it but still wouldn’t fix the problem. I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Morgan Anderson recently and the Customer Service was less than stellar. The night I went to finalize my purchase she was unavailable, and everything was great. The Finance person Josh was great to work with. He explained in detail the maintenance program and why i should purchase. A week passed and I heard nothing from Morgan. Not even a thank you note or card. Then last week Thursday, I got a call indicating they had been calling me to verify my employment and they were in the process of moving forward to reposes my car. I indicated to her that I did not get a call and I was unaware of what was being requested. She then indicated that I was lying because they had been trying to get in touch with me for several weeks. Note that this was the second week that I had the car. She then told me to talk to Josh and hung up abruptly. I spoke to Josh, and he indicated that the bank was trying to get in touch with my employer. I checked with my principal and VP and they did not get any email or phone call from the bank. I then called Megan to explain what was happening, she abruptly the phone and said go call Josh. I had a 10K deposit on the vehicle that I purchased, Megan as the sales rep was rewarded for this sale. Her behavior was unprofessional and rude, this has been an unforgettable experience, to be disrespected at a place of business where I spent my hard-earned money is a hard pill to swallow. I also learned from Josh that they had fat fingered my principal's email address incorrect email address. I spoke to her GM and am still waiting on his response and her apology but since neither is forth coming, I will make sure that everyone is aware of her unprofessional behavior. My rating is actually a zero but that is not an option. More
