Bottom line: My experience with Koons Westminster Toyota was exceptionally great! From the moment I first spoke to the receptionist on the phone to when I drove my new 2011 Sequoia off the lot everyone wa was exceptionally great! From the moment I first spoke to the receptionist on the phone to when I drove my new 2011 Sequoia off the lot everyone was professional and polite. Mr. Brooks Hoffman was the Sales Representative that worked with me. He was very efficient as he went out of his way to make sure the vehicle I saw on the internet was prepped and ready for me to view upon my arrival. I trusted that he was good for his word because I came such a long way, and he was honest, straightforward, not pushy, and just a nice guy. I appreciated his coordination because I drove over 1.5 hours one way from Virginia to see the 2011 Sequoia Platinum which I subsequently purchased. The initial reason for me driving all that way was because I wanted a specific make, model, trim, color, options. There were a number of them in the Washington Metro area, but I’m glad I went to Koons. As Brooks showed me the vehicle and we went for a test drive, it was apparent to me that he wasn't just reciting the manual, my opinion was that he had done outside research and was able to clearly, professionally, and politely articulate all the features of the vehicle—and there are many. There are many makes, models, and dealers we have to choose from, but in the final analysis, Toyota makes a great vehicle, Koons Westminster Toyota provided great professional courteous technically proficient support, and a great price for the vehicle I wanted. If I had it to do again, I would strongly consider buying another vehicle from them and the only reason I hesitate even a little is the distance—but it was worth it for the service. I apologize for the lengthy review, but I wanted to provide some of my experience because I usually read these types of reviews and they help me, so hopefully this will help you. More

I had to take the car in for a couple of repairs and to fix the bumper (which was dented when I bought it and was going to be fixed under the contract) and the service was efficient, quick, and they fixed everything. My wife and I were dreading the search for a car for our daughter. We were on our way to an appointment to look at a vehicle with a private seller when we passed Koons, and decided to stop in to see what th daughter. Jimmy Mudgett, a Koons sales rep, provided us with several options, and walked us through the process quickly and efficiently. He answered every question we had, provided us with all the data we needed, and helped us to find the perfect car for our daughter's needs. His follow up after the sale was exemplary, and his management was friendly and helpful as well. Koons went above and beyond - and our private mechanic who looked at the vehicle after we bought had nothing but praise for cars he had seen coming from them. It is a great comfort to know that Koons values their service and reputation and that it showed in the vehicle we took to our mechanic. After talking with Jeff and looking at trucks, we discussed what standard equipment came with the truck and what the price was. I decided to purchase the vehicle and I know I will be very pleased with it because I have owned or own seven Toyota's. The one thing I would like to see vehicles come with is the dimmer switch on the floor the way vehicles used to have. That was more convenient than being on the steering column. More
