Slow process, 4. 5 hours to rotate tires and r&r rear brakes. Didn’t even solve the problem, as vibration under braking is not the rear, it’s the front. Which I inform 5 hours to rotate tires and r&r rear brakes. Didn’t even solve the problem, as vibration under braking is not the rear, it’s the front. Which I informed the advisor who didn’t action that. And guess what, vibration is still there and now I have to pay for front brakes. Little communication. Will certainly be looking to take my business someone else. More

I got there at about 4:50 on a Saturday and I was on my way home in my new car about 3 hours later - which included the test drive, negotiating the trade in on my much loved 10-year old Prius, financing, verifying insurance, attaching my old tags and syncing my phone.
