I Honestly have never experienced such poor business practice in my time buying automobiles. They had a vehicle on the lot in Easton. Called on a Thursday and was told it's available. I put a cash offer to the manager that evening, was told he had to assign a salesman to me first. Following day I heard nothing so I called the salesman listed on a video the manager sent me. I again made the offer, we negotiated and agreed on a price but was told that I had to come in and test drive it. I know these cars and what I'm looking for so no need to test drive. I'll send a check or wire whatever amount they wanted. They refused saying company policy they can't do business over the phone. It's first come first serve in the door. Needless to say after much pushing he agreed to hold the car for 2 days until I could get there and he would work up the final out the door price in the morning. This was now Tuesday. He texted Wednesday afternoon to tell me he sold the car out from under me. Never have I had a dealer refuse my money or my business. More

I am very disappointed in this dealership after I put my trust in them 7 months ago when I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rouge sport. Also I purchased a warranty to cover myself but I should not have thought they trust in them 7 months ago when I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rouge sport. Also I purchased a warranty to cover myself but I should not have thought they would do the most basic things before selling the vehicle to anyone. I was wrong to think the two front tires were good, they were not, to think they at least changed the the Engine Air Filter that was obviously the factor one (they did not, i found out), to give a truthful notice that the break pads only had about 6000 miles left in them and not let me think they would care about my safety and that of my family, I understand they want to make a sale but to not at least inform the purchaser of facts that we should know, or replace basic things. Within a few weeks of owning my vehicle the driver side tire kept losing air so I took it to them and the warrant I purchased covered it, not them, my warrant. While at that visit, the service center said the passenger side tire had low tread and I needed a new tire on that side as well and a front alignment, which upset me since I had only owned it 4 weeks, if these type of things did not get addressed before they sold it why try and get more money out of me? So I left upset, they only cared when I left a review, but wasted time having me come in to say it met state standards of tire tread. But then why try and sell me a tire if it's ok and safe? So here we are 8000 miles later and my break pads have warped my rotors, all the break pads are bad, so they didn't even care to at least spend $100 on pads, I was told the driving belt will need replacing, the engine air filter needs replacing... which was covered in black soot, so it was never changed. Oh and my brake fluid is discolored. So no I do not recommend this dealership unless you have a mechanic friend who can go with you and look at it or at least the very next day. It's sad business ethics is a thing of the past if it ever was a thing. So instead of me having to simply change break pads I had to spend over $650 to get it checked, and get things fixed, when with some honesty I would have had only to spend $200 at most for front and back pads. I do not trust them anymore. I did call to let them know, and someone said the manager would call me... guess what no call nor will it help at this point... fool me once shame on you, but there will be no fool me twice. More
