Dont waste your time at this dealer. If you're shopping for any Tacoma or 4Runner, they will marked up their prices $5000 over MSRP. Yes there is a world wide shortage, but this dealer would rather price g for any Tacoma or 4Runner, they will marked up their prices $5000 over MSRP. Yes there is a world wide shortage, but this dealer would rather price gouge and profit off it and pad their pockets then get a customer in a vehicle. What would you think about someone that price gouge hand sanitizer and toilet paper when there was a nationwide shortage? More

We have visited 3 other dealerships & was quickly dismissed once they seen what they were up against, real people who don't have a lot of money to work with & perfect credit scores! I cannot recommend Joanne Virgilio enough! Not only does she not give up, cares whole-heartedly, & understands downfalls people endeavor, but to care enough to rearrange her personal life & come in on her day off, if that does not tell you how special & caring she is!! Nobody will ever find a salesperson that will go above & beyond to do whatever they can to help you, I just cannot leave enough stars, 5 just simply is not enough! She will truly make you feel special & put you in the car of your dreams! Buying a car can be a stressful time, paperwork, signing, Jeremy Voelkel was the absolute best from Finance. So easy to talk to, took the time to explain everything, very friendly, & actually listens to the customers. When we are ready for another vehicle, we will be going straight to Koons! Our overall experience was just phenomenal, no pressure, no pushy sales, honest, caring & outstanding people is all you will find here!! More

First, I must say that I thought the whole “sell my vehicle online” idea was a total scam, but apparently. I was wrong. Instead, it appears to be an innovative idea by Koons Toyota which has gained some traction. My son located this dealer on the internet and had an offer on his vehicle before I was ever involved. I thought the whole situation was a scam. There was even an offer to have the paperwork come to us including a delivery truck to come pick up our vehicle (as we live in central Pa— 2 and 1/2 hours from Westminster, Md.). Being sure this was a scam, I called and spoke personally to the associate, Ben, with whom my son had been in contact. (I should note that I called on a Saturday, which was not even a working day for Ben, but he answered anyway.) Still a skeptic, I made an appointment to drive my son’s vehicle down to Maryland a few days later instead of trusting the pick up idea. I have to admit here that I was thoroughly surprised that it was not a scam at all...The dealership actually existed (and is quite large despite their need for vehicles). Ben was very professional, as were all the other sales associates that we came into contact with. The paperwork was ready before we arrived and everything was completed smoothly...(One of the parts that made me most skeptical was how to do any of this without a notary present. As a PA resident, where everything is unnecessarily complicated, I was expecting everything to be much more difficult. The answer to the notary question is that the dealership completes a form for the seller to sign over vehicular power of attorney so that in the previous owner’s absence, an associate can request the new title.... I vaguely remember doing the same thing when my husband traded and purchased a truck in New York a few years back, which saved us coming back a few days later or dealing with the old vehicle’s paperwork after officially selling it.) I felt so comfortable that I even had Ben give me an estimated evaluation of my vehicle while we waited for the check to be printed—which was likely less than a 45 minute wait. The whole process was painless and we sold my son’s vehicle for maybe more than another dealership would have offered—even in trade. The amount my son was quoted two weeks before was upheld even after viewing the vehicle in person—which I would not have expected from ANY dealership. I would not hesitate to do this again. If I do decide to sell my (or future other) vehicle, I would happily choose the pick up service as it would have saved me a whole day’s drive. I would like to thank, Ben and Koons Toyota for the innovative idea of purchasing used vehicles from the internet as this is how we discovered their services and sold my son’s vehicle. More

We contacted Koons after seeing a cars,com listing for a 2021 Highlander Hybrid in the model (XLE), color and price range desired. After confirming the price and availability, we planned to make the purchas 2021 Highlander Hybrid in the model (XLE), color and price range desired. After confirming the price and availability, we planned to make the purchase. That is until being informed that in addition to tax and tags, there was also $1,700 in dealer charges being added to the total. $1,175 of the charge was attributable to a destination charge. The relevance of this will be made clear. In researching the pricing, we used the "build it" feature on the Toyota website. Plugging in the same vehicle with the same options as the Koons listing, the price matched the MSRP of the vehicle advertised. BUT... as it turned out the MSRP Toyota provided included the very destination charge this dealership was adding to the sale price. Essentially, this dealer double billed for destination charges. In fairness, upon re-reading the online listing, a disclaimer (the small print) stating the price did not include destination charges was found at the bottom of the page. Ok, my bad, I did not read the description thoroughly. However, it does excuse the attempt to add in the cost of something that is already included in the sale price. Shame on you. More
