We purchased a 2021 Tacoma excess cab. It did not have a back seat so we could not have our 5 year old granddaughter ride with us. We bought 7 vehicles from Koons. Two of these were Tacoma's. They both c back seat so we could not have our 5 year old granddaughter ride with us. We bought 7 vehicles from Koons. Two of these were Tacoma's. They both came with a rear back seat, sliding back window (manual) and keyless entry. We were not told that this vehicle did not have these features or we would never have purchased it! I am extremely dissatisfied with Koons with this purchase. Who would buy an excess cab without a rear seat? We also had to pay $3,000.00 over the MSRP. This is ridiculous! We also had to pay extra for a keyless entry! If Toyota is down grading the quality of their vehicles, then we need to consider other vehicles. As I stated, we have purchased 7 vehicles from Koons and if this is the way they treat returning customers, they must not need our business. We are both is our 70's and living on a strict budget. When we looked up Toyota's on line and the MSRP is one price (including a rear back seat, keyless entry and sliding back window) and Koons charges $3,00.00 to $5,000.00 more than the MSRP, something is definitely wrong. We positively can not use this vehicle as is (because our granddaughter can not ride with us) so something has to be done to resolve this matter. If we were told at the beginning of the sale that these things were not included, we never would have purchased it. As I stated before, the two other Tacoma's that we purchased for Koons included these features!!! More

My last two service appointments were 3 hours! Last one was an oil change and tire rotation. This one was getting two brake pads and a new battery. These appointments shouldn't take 3 hours! The first time it happened I thought they were just having an off day so I let it go. But today I noticed appointments that had come in after me were finishing and leaving in just an hour. My service rep only came in to speak with me after about 2.5 hours to say what my car needed! Does this mean that for 2.5 hours they did nothing with my car? I had Todd both times and today when I asked why it took 3 hours he just told me brake pads take that long and he seemed like he really could care less. I won't be going back. More
Visited this dealership in early 2021 to buy a used car that was selling under the MSRP. I talked with Jim Shea who misrepresented the car and lied about it’s condition.
