My 2025 4Runner was stolen in Canada in June. I wanted an identical replacement. I called the salesman from whom I bought the stolen vehicle (located in PA) but he never followed up with me. I called KOONS and reached Araz "Alex" Pashaev. Alex worked with me diligently to find my new 4Runner. He kept at it until he found a solution for me. The day we traveled to Koons to pick up the 4Runner was the first time we met Alex in person. He is a very professional and personable sales person and we were happy to do business with him. We are now promoters of Koons and might be back for a new RAV in the future. Also, after delivery I discovered the rear mudflaps were missing and when I alerted Alex he resolved this issue quickly and the mudflaps arrived at my home yesterday ! Great customer care and customer service. 10/10 ! More
