Would have been a five start rating except for the AI phone answering system when I called initially to make a service appointment. The human I finally reached was great and she got me scheduled for conc phone answering system when I called initially to make a service appointment. The human I finally reached was great and she got me scheduled for concierge pick-up. The only other contributing factor was the mechanic that missed the very degraded windshield wipers. David Hiser finally agreed to go out and check them himself and returned to say you are absolutely correct, and that the tech had missed it. I hope nothing else was missed.
