Started with a phone inquiry about the dealership and what I wanted from a dealership before deciding which Toyota dealership I would go to. The on-line salesman was personable, took time to answer all what I wanted from a dealership before deciding which Toyota dealership I would go to. The on-line salesman was personable, took time to answer all my questions, and provided the services I expected. I had a salesman reach out to me to see when I would be interested in coming in for a visit and what vehicle(s) I was interested in so they could have them available when I came. A few days in went in and met both the on-line salesman and the salesman who then reached out to us for follow up. He took the time to learn what we were interested in as well as our needs. I was not familiar with the plug-in hybrids, so he showed us a RAV4 plug-in hybrid and we discussed which trim we would consider for that as well as Toyota RAV4 hybrid. There was no pressure and I wanted to go home do more research, see what our daily driving distances would be and then decide which type met our needs best. A few days later we called and set up a date and time to come order the vehicle we wanted, since these vehicles seem to sell before they reached the dealership. I had let our salesman, Kyle know exactly what we would want to order and put a down payment on. While driving there, a vehicle that matched what we were interested in became available as someone had changed their mind. Kyle worked with us once we arrived to make sure it was what we wanted as well as pricing and we did a test drive. Kyle knew we were also interested in the universal charger and was able to get that provided as well for no extra charge. Kyle was attentive, patient and professional. We had many questions and Kyle answered them all or reached out to get the answers for the few he might not have known the answers to. Kyle worked around my time restraints. We bought the car the day we went in to order one. I couldn’t stay to go over the vehicle completely before needing to leave so Kyle made sure he could have us come back later when we had the time to throughly go over everything. I would recommend this dealership and our salesman to any friends I know interested in purchasing a Toyota. More

The salesman new that the car he was selling me had cosmetic damage and said nothing. The transporter pointed out the damage to the salesman and he still said nothing to me about the damage. Craig Nelson is a dishonest salesperson that refused to remedy my situation. I am currently seeking the States Attorney's Generals Office after seeing the Google reviews concerning Koons customer complaints. They are the same as mine. More
